Beautiful house with plenty of space, nice quiet surroundings for many walks and hikes. The house has absolutely everything you could need for long stays; it is totally cozy and nice and warm even in winter. Even with larger groups there are enough places to retreat, you don't sit on each other in this house! Super great also the washing machine with dryer, super practical if you have a toddler with you 😉 We definitely recommend the place and will definitely come back!

Gernot was above and beyond. We had a personal greeting and a quick tour. There was an instructional booklet as well. Very attentive host, I felt covered should I need any help. The apartment itself is nice and located in the hill with a nice view. I wish I had a chance to use the balcony. Perhaps next time in the summer!

We spent very relaxing days in this beautiful apartment. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. Good mattresses are always important to me and here I slept excellently. The historic villa with its charming ambiance is ideal for romantic days in nature. Wonderful walks through the forest, around the nearby lake and by the viaduct start right outside the front door. Samita was very helpful and accommodating. We felt at home and would be happy to come back.
