Very nice place! My family and I had a lot of fun. Walking distance to Ayala Feliz which is a winner. There are also small stores around if you need any retail necessities. The caretakers are really nice. Nate is very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Host was very responsive. House is clean, with airconditioners and TV with cable connection. Kitchen with basic appliances and dining utensils. Water dispenser also provided. Location feels safe and close to supermarkets, restaurants and banks. Good place to stay especially if you want something close to Enchanted Kingdom. 😊

The place is well appointed and clean. The location is amazing . We just walked to find so many amazing restaurants nearby . The free snacks and pop is great touch for the guests like us .

The unit albeit old felt homey and lived-in. The furniture was simple but functional. The kitchen had all the basic things you'll need. The location was superb and so near to key places like malls, restaurants and convenience stores. Far was a gracious host. Friendly and always willing to help on your requests or concerns. Overall, our family had a great stay and such a good way to start the New Year.

The guards were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The caretaker was also accommodating, making sure that everything was clean and in order upon our arrival. The unit itself was peaceful and comfortable, despite being close to the expressway—there was no noticeable noise. It had a pleasant, fresh scent, and being near a supermarket was really convenient for any necessities. The location is also ideal for commuting, with easy access to both PITX and Baclaran Church via nearby e-jeep routes. Overall, a wonderful stay!

I've been traveling to Mnl a lot lately and this is the cleanest airbnb i've been. No foul odor. Upon opening the door room smells so nice you'll feel at home agad. Everything is clean from cr to beds. The lobby is homey and peaceful too. Place is super duper secured. This is cheaper than a hotel stay. tysm Sarah ✨ will definitely be my goto bnb
