As students, we’re grateful for our stay at The Grayhouse Inn! The house of Ms. Lorena was a big help for our project. Napakabait ni Ms. Lorena, lagi siyang available kapag may kailangan kami. Kuya Joel was also friendly and ready to assist. The house was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Perfect ang setup ng mga kwarto and common areas for relaxing and working together. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and peaceful place to stay.

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. Ate Angie is very polite and always there to accommodate our needs. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. Thank you so much.

The Airbnb was what I expected it to be and the neighbourhood's location was good, it had karenderyas and other convenient stores around which made it all the more appealing.

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

It was as expected. Love the shower with its unique drain. No flooding the floor. Kitchen area is big and so is the bedroom area. Host is responsive to all my requests. I always get a response within a few minutes. Enjoyed my stay and will stay again in the future.

Soon as we walked in, we felt right at home. We were welcomed with a clean place, snacks on the table, water to drink. Mr. Far even provided laundry detergents, soaps, shampoos. How awesome is that! I know these are basics but we really appreciate little things like these, especially after traveling the whole day. We had a fun stay. The condo is walking distance to Greenbelt which is a bonus.

The guards were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The caretaker was also accommodating, making sure that everything was clean and in order upon our arrival. The unit itself was peaceful and comfortable, despite being close to the expressway—there was no noticeable noise. It had a pleasant, fresh scent, and being near a supermarket was really convenient for any necessities. The location is also ideal for commuting, with easy access to both PITX and Baclaran Church via nearby e-jeep routes. Overall, a wonderful stay!
