Holiday rentals with a patio in Azuay

Definitely the best Airbnb I've ever been to Cuenca, I've met several in this city but Luis's is just superb !!

A very good place to stay, the suite is described as the publication and the images. As for the location if the Calle describes front but it is clearly indicated in the description and to my personal opinion I had no hassle. In conclusion, an excellent environment to stay.

My husband and I own an apartment in this building and love it here. We were happy to find this apartment in the building when we had a new floor put in and had to be out of our apartment for 5 days. Eliana communicated well with us and we enjoyed our stay. She was very responsive to a recommendation we made also. This is a very nice apartment and location.

A nice place to rest if you want peace and quiet. Although if you want movement, it is close to malles, downtown or Turi by car 12min. Easy to tour, very safe place, quiet neighborhood, tentitas nearby and up to a health center. Mrs. ANA who welcomes you is very kind, even the dogs in the area are friendly (I love the animals🥰). Don Richard is very attentive and quick to respond. We had a great time, relaxed, happy with the good atmosphere. Everything was as described in the listing. It has all the comforts of a pleasant stay.

Everything is very good except the mattress in the main room, it is too uncomfortable.

Excellent place very cozy and well located close to restaurants of varied food, pharmacies and everything you might need. The kitchen, its decor, and the view is a movie. Out there maybe some cold at night, but the heater they include and the extra blankets a 1000. I recommend it!

Excellent place to stay, from my places that if or if I will return

I've stayed in many places in Cuenca over 35 years. This is by far the best location, apartment and amenities.

We really enjoyed the stay in the apartment, we always had communication with the hosts, a nice and quiet place, without a doubt very recommended.

This apartment is compact with all your essentials in a fantastic location. We will definitely stay there again because you can walk to so many tourist attractions, restaurants and markets.

We stayed in Anthony's place for a month and enjoyed it! The apartment is on the 8th floor and has great views to the city. Very comfortable. The building is modern, has 24h security, a small gym and power generators (in case of outages). There is a laundry too. The area is secure and quiet. There are a big supermarket (Coral) and a tram station nearby (the trip to the center of Cuenca takes about 15 minutes). Anthony is a great host. I recommend this place!

The apartment is as shown in the photos, comfortable, pleasant, safe and has everything you need.

It was a very nice stay. The apartment is very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to make meals at home. Irma is responsive and helpful.
