It is a very nice and nice place to spend in Cuenca, the depa has a beautiful view ideal to appreciate and rest after passing through the city. It had all the comforts and I even leave some consumables (coffee,tea, sugar and those things) to liven up the stay. It's a 10 the apartment!

The place is amazing, comfortable, very clean spacious. Great for family or friends and disconnecting from the city. Patricia is an excellent host who is always attentive and attentive to what we need. And Gaby along with her husband are the ones who give assistance and were there at all times. I would come back again.

We loved staying at this home in Cuenca. It was close to restaurants and bars, a short walk from La Catedral area, and parking was a perk. The space inside was roomy, and great for multiple guests. We had toddlers with us so the stairs took getting used to but overall an amazing layout. We used the loft as our main room, definitely ample space.

Cuenca, Ecuador, is the third-largest city and the safest and most beautiful in the country. The apartment is stunning we fell in love with it. It offers a breathtaking view of the mountains surrounding Cuenca. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. I booked it for 17 days, and it truly felt like home. I made sure to keep it clean during my stay, even though they charge a cleaning fee that fee covers the cleaning service after checkout. You do have the option to request additional cleaning during your stay, but I didn’t use it. I also stayed with my miniature poodle, Archie, and he was very happy and felt right at home. The apartment was so beautiful that I didn’t mind cleaning it myself. Additionally, the guard was friendly and very helpful. I had space to park my rental car, and the neighborhood was friendly, mostly quiet, and safe. Marcia was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. I’m planning to go back in August, and I’ll definitely be booking again.

The House is big and beautiful, The bedrooms are comfortable and very clean. During winter the challenge is that there is no heating but still the house is not that cold and there is a beautiful Fire place. The area is super calm and safe, the house is very clean and comfortable with a super big TV screen for movies. Furniture is new and clean.

Double apartment with suite

This double condo was an absolute pleasure, especially the bottom "lover's" suite, of which me and my bride stayed in. Two of the bathrooms are a little small but serve their purpose, and the beds are all large and spacious and clean. The kitchen is stocked well and the dining sunroom with the flat iron grill was such a fun dining experience. There's an amazing spa/hot springs nearby, about 10 minutes away, 15$ a person, that we immensely enjoyed. The roads to this home are a little steep so just make sure your brakes are working well. And, be patient with the electric gate, it can be slow, but it works. All in all, wonderful place and the positive reviews are well earned.

Marin was a wonderful host and communicated clearly. The house and the amenities were great. We loved the garden and the pool. The caretaker was very kind and helpful. This has been one of the best-stocked kitchens with everything you might need. We had a wonderful time.

The place was spacious and clean. Parking in the assigned parking spot takes a lot of skill it is really tight. Honestly we parked the car and left it. Took taxis everywhere it was under $2 to get to the center of town and Parking in downtown is hard to find. But we had a great stay.

Daniela gave very clear instructions for self check-in, everything sparkling clean, especially worth mentioning is the possibility to heat, because it can be cold in Cuenca. Everything worked perfectly. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, is very quiet and very close to the historic center. Highly recommended!

From the beginning the host was very attentive. The apartment is on the fourth floor, spacious and has all amenities. It is very well located, one block from the cathedral which allows ease of mobilization to more than one place. It should be noted that the apartment is in a building under restoration so, temporarily, the adjustments in other apartments caused some dust and does not have an elevator. I highly recommend the apartment, I'm sure I'll be back.

I had already been to Constantino's house before, this was my second time (the first was in 2021) and I take the pleasant surprise that the house has many improvements, such as assorted alcoholic beverages available for consumption (with extra charge) and also a space for fire. The property is modern, stylish and located in a beautiful setting. An incredible plus is the attention of Rosita, the housekeeper who makes breakfast and cleans the house. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends
