Holiday rentals with a pool in Avon

Everything about the house was exactly as described and had no hiccups. The house had an immense amount of furnishings and kitchenware to do anything you needed in the house.

Andrew and Brittany’s house had everything you could want for a family ski vacation. The house is spacious (even more so than the photos suggest) and immaculate. They were kind enough to accommodate an early check in after a rough travel day and were friendly and responsive. We were at the house during a weekend where it snowed quite a lot. The community plowed intermittently. The heated pool and hot tub area was lovely — definitely take advantage of the amenities the community offers. Great restaurants in town. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Terence’s place. It was an easy and quick walk to town. The clubhouse had nice amenities that were available if requested. Our dog also enjoyed the fenced in backyard.

We had a fantastic stay in Breckenridge. Tyler was a friendly host and was responsive to my questions with helpful advice and recommendations. The condo was very clean, cozy, and nicely decorated for our mountain getaway. The location is amazing. It's an easy walk to the restaurants and shops on Main St. Columbine Cafe and Giampietro Pasta & Pizzeria were delicious. The condo is very close to several bus/shuttle stops to ski lifts and the gondola. We enjoyed the two large bedrooms, each with its own large bathroom. The ski storage closet just outside the front door is a nice amenity. The ground level location made it a breeze to carry our luggage and ski gear in and out. However, the one small bother was the noise from the unit above. We heard every footstep. Since we were skiing during the day, this was only an issue for us at night and in the mornings. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this special Breckenridge home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the hot tub—it made our stay extra special. The location was also excellent, close to Frisco’s main street, and fairly close to multiple ski resorts in the area.

Nicole was the consummate host, responding immediately to questions and requests. The location was great- we enjoyed daily walks to town. Extremely cold and heavy snow kept us homebound / very pleasant with wood burning fire.

We had a wonderful white Christmas at Karen's Place! The house is beautiful- tastefully decorated and every window seemed to have an amazing view. The owners were very responsive when I would reach out for one reason or another, and check in and out was easy. The subdivision is lovely and there is so much to do in the area. We want to come back in the Summer or Fall!

Paul & his home were amazing! The steam shower, views, spacious living room/ kitchen were treats. Major hidden gem was the quick access to trails that go into the national forest & bus stop right out side the neighborhood for ski mountains. Paul was an incredibly responsive host and we cannot wait to stay here next year!

We had a great trip to Summit County! This property is conveniently located within 35 minutes of most ski resorts and just 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping. The apartment loft provided plenty of space for my two teenagers, and the gas fireplace added a cozy warmth and ambiance. The clubhouse was a standout feature, with two hot tubs, a heated pool, and lots of amenities and games. I’d stay here again!

Great great place. would highly recommend it for ski season, especially if you're going to ski keystone or copper. loved the amount of games they had and the general helpfulness by the host. I also love the fact that this is one of the very few Airbnb's where checkout is simply place the keys back. there were no onerous cleaning tasks at all.

Perfect Ski Getaway – Amazing Location & Amenities! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, just minutes away from the ski resort, making it super convenient to hit the slopes. The balcony was amazing, offering stunning views that made for the perfect spot to relax after a long day with a grill to make an amazing dinner after a long day. The place itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up to make guests feel right at home. Plenty of room for everyone, and the host was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect ski retreat! ⛷️

This was our 3rd year staying at Mary and Alan’s place. Wonderful condo that is spacious, bright and near the slopes. We were comfortable and utilized the additional amenities right across from the building - hot tub, heater pool, and sauna. The kids used the sleds to slide behind the condo, which was an additional plus, as I was able to monitor them directly from the windows.

This condo is perfect for 4! Could easily do 6 too. The place had such a personal feel which made it so comfortable and cozy. It is up to date, very clean and organized. Centrally located. Beautiful views. Great covered porch. We enjoyed the record player in the morning having coffee! Will definitely stay here again. Next time hope to have more time to just enjoy the space.

The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. It was clean, well furnished, cozy and had beautiful views. The host gave clear instructions and was very responsive via phone. We had an amazing stay!

Love the location on the lake and proximity to ski slopes, restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Use of the hot tub after skiing was great great! All in all a wonderful time!
