Apartment holiday rentals in Avon

This condo was great for our family ski trip! Short walk to base of peak 9 or snowflake lift for peak 8 access. LOVED that it was fully stocked with all the basics - coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. Host was very communicative, reaching out regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive to any questions. Would love to stay here again!

First rate host- responded quickly and helpfully, and was without exception quite cheerful. The place is lovely: spacious and full of light, very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture (especially the beds!), gorgeous views, well-equipped kitchen, so many thoughtful touches throughout - overall, a wonderful place to stay. The location can't be beat as this unit faces the mountains, which makes it nice and quiet in the winter, yet it is convenient both to the Quicksilver SuperChair (easy walking distance) and to the great coffee shops and restaurants on Main Street. We come to Breckenridge often and this is our favorite among the many AirBNBs in which we've stayed. We are looking forward to returning!

I highly recommend Mindy's condo. The description was accurate and comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 queens in one BR and a king in the main BR. Both baths have ample space and it was all impeccably clean. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and she even provided a few packets of hot chocolate and kureg pods. The coffee maker and kettle worked great to caffeinate in the morning and warm up after a day on the slopes. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and stores within walking distance. We took the Vail and Beavercreek shuttles daily to go skiing and the shuttle stops are only a few minutes walk even in ski boots. Parking was a breeze in the lower garage with elevator access. Check in and check out were seamless. Mindy's communication is the best I've experienced with any hosts. Her proactive communication made it very easy and her polite responsiveness to a couple of questions upon arrival made everything easy so that we could enjoy our long weekend. We'll be back!

we loved this location...the location was perfect. Great for the shuttle or the breck free bus... the condo was perfect for my husband and i...the storage unit for skis kept the condo clean and clutter free..we loved the sound machine in the bedroom. the condo also had equipped a.heating pad, fan, and space heater..we thought they were all nice extra touches. I was pleasantly suprised with the amount of hangers!!!! I usually travel with a bunch of hangers and we didn't need it here.

Great place to stay on 4 o'clock run. Easy checkin and close parking. There was some building maintenance/construction (April 2024), but was not loud or very noticeable in the condo.

Hayley and Mike’s place was situated only a few minutes walk from the free shuttle that ran throughout vail. Their home was comfortable and warm, and they were very responsive and friendly! We’d definitely stay here again. 😀

We had an amazing time! Ruth’s kindness, exceptional hospitality, and attentiveness made our stay truly special. The comfort of the home, combined with its fantastic location, added so much value to our experience—we couldn’t have asked for more!

Jamie‘s place was simply… Lovely! She makes it so warm, comfortable and welcoming and we truly enjoyed our stay at her beautiful home! It was sparkling clean with well thought out amenities and furnishings. We also really enjoyed meeting her wonderful pup Hugo and getting to meet her in person as well, a very welcoming and friendly hostess! Perfect location close to Vail village and the connection with a local ski store was really helpful. They had dedicated space for our ski equipment. Large size and two bathrooms was great!

Unmatchable location. Bus stop is right outside the apartment. We put on ski boots and ride the bus directly to Vail. Fantastic host. Always responsible, friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay. The location is great, super central to everything in Avon. Bus station was great and easy access to walk to beaver creek gondola. Clean room, great shower, and loved the mud room access. Would definitely recommend staying here, and would love to visit again.

Both Gloria and her place were fantastic. You're in the center of Dillon, close to everything. The unit was lovely - two floors, bedrooms upstairs, kitchen, LR, and DR downstairs as well as a half bath and Washer/Dryer. The gas fireplace kept the unit nice and toasty. The private sauna is upstairs, perfect for after a day on the slopes. Gloria was quick to communicate and very kind. Would absolutely go back!

The apartment is walking distance from the slopes. For us this was very important as we came without a car. Comfortable beds well stocked kitchen and very comfortable couch in the living room. Highly recommend.

We had a delightful stay at Laura's condo. It's cozy, comfortable and quiet, and a short walk to the Quicksilver ski lift at Peak 9 and to all the great restaurants in town. We appreciated the underground parking, which was easy to access. The condo is very well appointed, and has everything you need to feel at home. Laura supplied fun board and card games, a fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful toiletries that we rarely see in an Airbnb. Plenty of towels, blankets and pillows, as well. There is no elevator, so you need to feel comfortable walking upstairs to the condo (which we did). There was one minor issue when we arrived, but it was quickly resolved, and we greatly appreciated Laura's proactive communication about the matter. All in all, I highly recommend Laura's condo.

We loved our time at this cute condo! It was a perfect home away from the ski slopes for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The condo had everything we needed, including a humidifier which we did appreciate. All in all, a great location and great host!

A well thought out and cozy space. Beds and couch were very comfy. Kitchen had great pans (not the trashed teflon airbnb standard) which was great as we cooked a few of our meals at home. Tom vas very prompt and helpful with anything that came up.

The condo is beautiful,clean and cozy. It’s in a wonderful location with amazing views all around. I highly recommend especially if you have little ones!

Great location. Walk out the door to Snowflake lift and easy walk into town. Bus stop to get back from other Peak’s and town is right outside the front door. Plenty of room for a couple and kids.

Our stay in Dillon, CO, at Rae’s condo was everything we expected. The view of Lake Dillon was spectacular even in the winter. I would like to return in the summer so I could sit outside on the deck and soak in the view to my heart’s content! The condo was spotlessly clean and welcoming. We have rented AirBnB properties all over the US and Europe, but I have never been in one that was so well stocked with dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. If anyone is interested in spending time in mountains, Rae’s condo is the perfect location.

We absolutely loved Donna’s place, being able to walk to the Gondola and nearby shops and restaurants was fabulous… and then you’re looking out at nature/the river and the mountain it was just stunning THANK you for a great stay can’t wait to come back next year! :))

Condo was just as described--perfect for our party of four. It was clean with comfy beds & a kitchen with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the slopes & to great restaurants. Toby & Lauretta were great to work with. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.
