Beachfront holiday rental in Avalon

Sean’s place was the perfect location for our family. We wanted to spend all our time at the beach and it was a 3 min walk. The grocery store was conveniently 2 blocks away and the downtown shops were walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Margaret’s place! The location is perfect…2 blocks to Main Street and 2 blocks to the beach. Very easy to get in, and we loved having a garage parking spot for our car. We used the bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels, which made for a lovely stay near the beach. We would definitely recommend this place, and will hopefully be back in the future!!

The home is super cute and decorated well - perfectly beachy! The couch was incredibly comfy and a great place for everyone to sit. I wish we didn’t have to leave! The two car garage was awesome, too. We felt really safe and had a ton of fun!

Planned our proposal here and it was absolutely stunning atmosphere, amazing beach, wonderful space, and all around a good experience.

The house was such an amazing location. Loved the direct beach access, easy to walk to many great restaurants and shops. Emily was so clear with all instructions, including that the house does sit on a public walkway so we knew exactly what to expect. She even let us know that one of our main activities we were visiting for was really not close to her house, appreciate all the upfront information. Felt it was a great value for what we paid, already looking to book again.

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

Very close to beach, park and restaurants. Can walk to Lido village. The place was perfect for the four of us. The two queen bed set up in one room was perfect.

Chris and Michelle were very responsive hosts. We loved the location and were thrilled with the little toys, books, and beach items provided for our use.

Nice private location and great that it comes with a golf cart. Close to zip lining and the beach club but nothing walkable besides the on-site pool and jacuzzi so very helpful to have a cart to be able to get everywhere else

Wonderful condo with amazing views! Very clean, easy to find and the GOLF cart was huge plus to get around town! This place was very peaceful and quiet. I recommend this condo to all of you looking for your next vacation spot! Don’t hesitate and book this place ASAP as I’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing experience, the stay was wonderful. Everyone from the personnel to the locals are extremely pleasant. Golf cart was the most convenient amenity. I would definitely recommend adding a weather protector to the cart for the use of the guest especially in the winter, to be completely honest an elevator would be helpful especially for people that travel with elders. All in all it was Phenomenal experience we will definitely be back soon!

This is a high end remodel. Brand new golf cart. Community is slacking a bit, but this is the best place to stay at on the island. Fun getaway. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful views. The villa is well maintained and the decor is perfect for a beach getaway. We loved our time there and the use of the golf cart was a really great plus. Tip for other renters, have your luggage delivered to your door (available as a service at the marina).

Beautiful condo, the yellow walls from the pictures were now a blue color and EVERY SINGLE window looked like a moving painting. Absolutely beautiful. Small note: Really mean security at the gate of the condo. I had a friend surprise me for my birthday and she got called a "liar" when she told the security woman she was not staying the night. Thankfully the hosts are incredible and helped to fix the issue but insanely aggressive behavior for 7am.

This place matches the pictures exactly as listed on the Airbnb site. Rosie is very responsive; she provided us with information on local attractions and brought us additional heaters when we mentioned that the room was a bit too cold for us. She also allowed us to check in earlier, which made our day much easier. The golf cart that came with the rental is a must-have. Since the gated community does not allow rental golf carts inside, we were glad to have our own. It made it much easier to come in and out of the community, which is a bit too far to walk, especially when carrying groceries. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of condiments and plates, making it feel like home. I would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for making our trip wonderful!

Amber’s place is amazing! I stayed in an Oceanfront condo in Hawaii and Amber’s place beats it 100%. Her place has amazing views, peaceful ambiance, 2 balconies, a huge bath tub, cute furnitures and decorations. It’s also very airy and open. I opened all the doors that lead to the balconies (bedroom, living room, and near the kitchen) in the daytime to have a complete view of the ocean whichever room I go into. The Clubhouse where the pool is, is literally next door! You can also walk down to the little private rocky beach, the cute playground and the picnic area OR take the golf cart to get there(I wish I used the golf cart more). Amber and the property manager are both very responsive and accommodating. I asked them to decorate the place for my mom’s 70th birthday and they did! My mom was surprised when we entered the penthouse the first time and it was decorated for her. I WILL COME BACK HERE AGAIN, for sure. My 12 year old already asked me to come back her for her bday, lol!

These hosts turned hosting into a science, it's as if they predicted when a guest will want when and where and made accommodations for it, even to the minute detail of running an extension HDMI cable from the back of their tv to the front for convenience instead of wrestling with the back of the tv. Everything was in such a convenient and logical place that it makes me wonder if they have professional experience in hotel hospitality or interior design. They were a complete joy to work with and made sure all the instructions were clear and concise so there was no question on how to get there, what codes to use and where things were located. One of the best experiences I've pretty much every had, and I travel the world going to 6 to 10 places a year including abroad. Will definitely be back again!!!
