Casa Gostosinha. Tranquila. All clean, excellent bed. Matchão tb. We just went to sleep and we managed to get a lot of rest. Daiane very friendly and requests.

I had an excellent two-month stay at Luiza's place, from December 2024 to February 2025. The home is very cozy with everything I needed for a long-term stay, including a full kitchen and laundry area. Santa Tereza is a fantastic neighbourhood with lots to do. This home is very special because you're so close to lots of great places, but you don't get too much noise as it's located on a very calm street. I definitely recommend staying here if you're planning to be in Belo Horizonte!

Jaque is a 10 person, received us to hand over the key, went with us to the property, an amazing and attentive person! We really liked her person, every day she sent msg to see if everything was ok and if we were in need of anything. Her space is perfect. Super recommend, we didn't have any problems. Beautiful, cozy and very well located.

This place is all good! It is in a good location, with easy access and good convenience. The apartment has everything we need to spend a few days and you can find everything in the region, from bars and cafes, to drugstores, markets and other types of commerce. About the hosts, I can only thank you for the hospitality and the willingness to assist with our questions and requests. The overall experience was super fruitful and the Carnival days we spent in BH were much better because we stayed in this pleasant space.

The house is impeccable, a super comfortable room with lots of space, all the airy and spacious bedrooms, lots of bathrooms and all well cared for. The pool area with the barbecue has everything to not need to leave there, heated pool for cooler days, shadows to protect yourself from heat, spacious barbecue and plenty of cookware and barbecue so you don't have to leave there. In addition, the space is well reserved without much noise or people passing by, a beautiful view, inside the application delivery area and close to the market/bakery. The owner always responding quickly, and proving to be available to remove any doubts or to help with what was necessary.

Great accommodation,Luana and Luciana were two angels in my stay helped me in everything I needed and the space was unbeatable and smelling, Luana always responding quickly and took all my doubts, local with privacy and quiet, I loved it!!!

Once again the site was extremely clean, organized , with utensils and items of first necessities at hand. I appreciate all the quality communication and all the interactions we had during the stay. Certainly a place that I will indicate to all my friends to be well located and feel at home🏠! See you next time and thank you☺️!

Excellent location, quiet street, close to mall, bakeries and supermarket. Denise was a great host. Apartment cozy, clean, airy, beautiful view and well located. I recommend it!
