Highly recommend this place. Great location in terms of walking distance to all the services and other things the town has to offer. It is a beautiful old French house that has been well renovated to offer all the modern amenities that is sometimes hit and miss in France. Very large bedroom and private bathroom with beautiful backyard that you can enjoy. Host was super responsive with any questions I had during the week and went above and beyond by inviting me to a dinner with her friends in the house one evening to watch the Olympic opening ceremonies. If you are needing a base in this area would definitely recommend for all the things mentioned and this super host! I will definitely come back if ever in the area. Also has a secondary bedroom and bath for families with children if needed.

Our weekend at Pierre's went very well. He was flexible on check-in and check-out times which is very accommodating. i highly recommend her place.

Beautiful 18th century home in the countryside maintained and decorated well by a welcoming host. The home looks like it’s straight from an architecture digest magazine. Leo took care of every detail, showed us the home and was very accommodating overall. He even gave us detailed recommendations of wineries and things to do in the area. If you are looking for a getaway to a relaxing place few hours from Paris, go ahead and book this. You won’t be disappointed!

Everything is designed for welcoming guests and there is plenty of detail that can't be found everywhere: adapter, fitness equipment and a good dose of coffee of all kinds and a small treat. They are very responsive and understanding. I would highly recommend it

Well equipped accommodation for the family. Quiet accommodation with an outdoor space for meals and a latest generation TV for rainy days. Equipped with fiber for children, well-equipped kitchen. I would recommend it to anyone looking to discover Appoigny and its surroundings.

Beautiful house, ideally located a short walk from the main square of Noyers, in absolute calm. Tastefully decorated house, heathered furniture. Impeccable accommodation, very good bedding. Beautiful kitchen with piano, very nice fireplace. February stay in cold weather, ideal indoor temperature. Very nice outdoor space that we were not able to enjoy. Ideal house for rent with teenagers, independent in the room overlooking the outdoor patio.
