Holiday rentals with breakfast in Auxerre

Marie's house is ideal for a family and perfect for discovering Sens. It is easily accessible by foot from the train station and the city center is a 10 min walk away. Everything is designed to make the stay enjoyable and we even enjoyed the tomatoes from the garden! A house with charm and a soul, which I would definitely recommend!

Christian and his wife Michèle are two extremely generous and attentive hosts. We enjoyed the time in Christian's lovingly maintained park very much. The warm scent of the plants, the colors and soft water noises invite you to rest and linger. Thank you for the attentive care during our stay, we wish you all the best!

André is an exceptional host. Even if it wasn't on Auxerre during our stay, he heard from us every day and did everything to make our stay go as smoothly as possible . The house is pleasant and spacious, it made me think of my grandparents' house! The garden is spacious ideal for dogs not too small: my Pekinese size dog was able to jump at the gate to run the passersby... there is a large avenue in front so it can be dangerous. Everything can be done on foot! Overall good value for money... we even forgot a garment in the house that André kindly sent us back!! thank you very much André

A great place with plenty of space for two. All in good shape and with a kitchen that is very well equipped with all one needs. Emmanuelle and Thierry have been great hosts; pleasant and thoughtful, but also respecting our privacy. Easy contact as they life across the lawn in the second house on the property. The little village and the vicinity are very nice. We visited the castle and did a nice long bike excursion along the channel.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived!!! the reality of the place, inside and outside as well as the house by itself are much better than in the photos. The bedding is very good, I slept perfectly and had a restful sleep. The terrace offers you a magnificent view of a hilly and wooded landscape.....with just the birdsong for noise .....but not at all isolated and like everywhere a car passes from time to time or a tractor.... We felt like we spent 13 days in the middle of the forest!! Between the location of the rental and the interconnected roads in the middle of the many forests leading us to the places of our visits and hikes, everything is green, hilly and wooded..... serene, relaxing and invigorating vacation despite the heat

Very pleasant accommodation, well-equipped close to the center

We had a very nice stay in Avallon. The cottage is clean and always cool even when it's hot this summer. Gabrielle welcomed us, she is discreet but always responsive and attentive to our feedback and questions. The delivery of bread and pastries in the morning was really a very nice discovery. The outdoor space is nice to hang out, read, chat... We had a good holiday there even though we weren't able to visit everything we wanted (a lot to see in this area).

A beautiful stay in Lara's rustic, ecclectic studio. A great spot in a quiet traditional village with plenty to explore in the surrounding area. I loved the care and creativity that Lara has injected into her place - I would highly recommend it

Super clean apartment, well-equipped kitchen with products and breakfast provided by the owner! It's great. The apartment is well located in the center of Avallon! Restaurant nearby! Everything can be reached on foot! Jean Claude was very kind! Thanks so much for taking me to the train station! Regardless, I highly recommend it!

Just great! One of the best places I've been able to stay in

This flat was perfect for our 3 night stay. Just a few mins walk to town centre. Quiet residential street (until school time which didn't bother us because it felt like part of the community!). Mickael gave excellent communication. The flat itself is spacious for 3 people and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again :)

Comfortable and clean accommodation. Bernard and his wife are very nice and welcomed us. Big up for the delicious homemade breakfast.

Very pleasant and spacious accommodation, with all the necessary amenities. Perfect with a 10-month-old baby. We enjoyed the garden with its children's games and hammock to relax. An ideal break during our bike tour along the Burgundy Canal. We'd love to come back!

Thank you for hosting us, which made our stay perfect. The place is superb and bucolic while being central. The little extra, the restaurant of the old tower of the same owners a few steps away which is just perfect (great cuisine, warm and dynamic welcome, always good advice, love of the job and interesting discussions). The bar is just as cheerful and friendly. You'll meet some great people there. All these ingredients contributed to a colorful weekend. Thanks again!
