Elizabeth was a wonderful host and made sure I was warm during the freezing cold weather. She was a very attentive host in making sure I had everything I needed and was always available. On my arrival I was welcomed with many lovely treats and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. I’ve previously stayed here and would not hesitate in booking again. I thoroughly recommend.

A beautiful, sweet cottage in lovely surroundings. Very comfortable, well kitted out and a handy garden if you have a four legged friend with you! Hayley was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue and got it resolved as quickly as she could, and people in the local area are very friendly. If you have a dog with you, i would recommend the farmshop/cafe just a few minutes down the road (Loch Arthur) where you can sit outdoors with your pup, and also The Anchor pub in Kippford, with a nice walk along the water.

excellent situation, lots of good recommendations. Hilary was flexible and generous when we needed to change travel plans at short notice due to the weather. The property is very dog friendly, in a lovely quiet location and the welcome package is lovely. Highly recommend.
