Monthly Rentals in Atsoupades

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment equipped with everything, in an area that's a little decentralized but well connected. It was easy to walk to the restaurants by the sea and there are several very beautiful beaches nearby. Νίκος' advice for various longer-range excursions was also very helpful.

Tree of Life is a fabulous place to stay. Set in the middle of a beautiful olive grove it had everything we needed to start our holiday. We couldn't arrive until about 1am but Ioannis was there to greet us and show us around the fantastic cottage. Pastichio, a huge jam tart, wine, beer, breakfast stuff - all were there for us on our arrival! The owner's son also brought us an amazing chocolate tart which kept us going all week. The cottage and gorgeous pool were spotlessly clean and amazingly equipped with loads of towels, beach umbrella and mats, plenty of crockery, utensils and appliances, even sharp knives! Ioannis was an amazing host, very helpful and informative and always responded promptly to our questions. We highly recommend Tree of Life for a wonderful, peaceful holiday.

The property was truly amazing. Even if it was in a more rural area we had an amazing time. You got to see the ”real” side of the island and it was beautiful. The house was even more prettier than the photos and it had everything you could need from entertainment to beach essentials and much more. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. Renting a car while living there is definitely a must because there wasn’t much to do in the area except a well equipped store around 1km from the property. But otherwise the house was a dream to spend time in. Would totally recommend to all groups of ages, 10/10 would definitely go again! Plus points for the local stray cats that came and visited us every now and then. Daniel responded fast and always had an answer to your questions. We noticed that he really seemed to enjoy helping us with anything we were wondering!

Check in for us was after midnight , Foteini arranged for George to meet us at the top of the road and take us in. We know the area quite well but this was helpful as the road is a little challenging, we would've struggled to find it. Villa is new and clean and modern which we loved with a fabulous 11 metre infinity pool , unheated, that showcases the beautiful vista. The villa is out there in the middle of countryside with only a few villas surrounding the land so a car is required for everywhere. Not our first time to Kefalonia so we weren't on a mission to see all the sights on the Island and we enjoyed using the Villa for relaxation, cooking etc, and feeding a family of cats. Fabulous food shop at Lidl Argostoli! Dishwasher was reported not working and also Netflix on the lounge TV and 1 of the bedrooms didn't work but Foteini assures that they will be resolved for next season.
