Monthly Rentals in Atlantic Beach

This was one of the best stays we’ve had! Great location and the condo was super clean and comfy. Ocean view and super easy to get to beach. We would certainly come back!!

We loved our stay at the beach! This was perfect, exactly what we were hoping for, beach accessibility by board walk, a nice pool (2), and close enough to see the water from the condo. Felt like our own little home. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great with our son with. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient! We did notice there was washer and dryers by the pool for community use also. The whole Southwinds area was clean and well maintained. Even the pool bathrooms were clean. There is also a great selection of beach supplies, books and cards to keep you entertained. We would definitely visit again if we come back to the area!

We had a great time at Allison's condo. My husband and I stayed for a month. Very peaceful and a short walk to the beach, and she had all the beach stuff you need. She took time to check on us, and was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend staying!

Clean and cozy! The grounds are well maintained and beach access is right across the street. Very convenient location and quiet area.
