Coi’s place is in a prime location if you are looking to do anything in the downtown Atl area. The place was easy to find with her helpful and thorough instructions. I would definitely recommend this air bnb and I will be booking with her again.

The hosts are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. Place are clean and neighbors from same building are friendly. However, the location has its downsides – there are limited options for walking, and there’s no laundry within walking distance. If you use the AC at night, it can be quite noisy, and since there’s no door separating the kitchen and the bedroom, it might be an issue for light sleepers like me. Thankfully, this can easily be resolved with earplugs.

I had an issue with my previous air bnb and needed to find housing for my daughter who attends college in Atlanta ASAP. Venesha and her husband were both very helpful and very supportive. They even offered to host my daughter for the entire school year. Any minor issue we had was fixed immediately and they always followed up. The loft is the CUTEST! it looks EXACTLY like the photos. I would HIGHLY recommend this home. If I could live here, I would. lol 15 stars!!!

The house is very warm and comfortable, close to the exhibition hall, and can be reached by foot. The surrounding is very quiet, and there is also a Walmart nearby. In short, this house left a deep impression on our trip!
