Amazing place to stay! Beautiful view right from the porch and plenty of room for everyone.

Beautiful home and very responsive hosts! We arrived after it was dark (and had no cell service), so we were especially thankful for the clear directions and check-in instructions provided ahead of time. Upon entering we were instantly impressed. The house is cozy, welcoming, and very clean. We stayed in the colder months, so there were not many neighbors around adding to privacy and serenity. We had everything we needed to relax and be comfortable for 4 days and 3 nights. We took a walk down to the lake even though it was (very) cold, and got to see it frozen over and saw some ice fishing! The list of recommendations for restaurants and things to do were very helpful, and inspired us to take a day trip to North Conway to do the Conway scenic railroad! Hope to be back in the warmer months when we can enjoy the beautiful deck, fire pit, and string lights as well! Thank you! ◡̈

Loved the space. Was cozy clean and Steven was very responsive. He supplied us with extra small kitchen appliances when asked and was always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay welcoming. We made smores out by the fire. Played endless games of air hockey and made trays of Christmas cookies! Thank you Steven and family for a wonderful Christmas celebration in Laconia NH! The Halls!

A great stay at Karen's place. She was very responsive to any questions and when we asked, she recommended places for us to eat. The house is amazing we would love to come back and stay during warm weather for sure! Was a great location centrally located to all the places we needed to be able to get to. Thank you!!

Since we stayed over Christmas, our host went out of her way to put up a nice Christmas tree and some decorations which made it feel pretty magical for a home away from home. We felt very comfortable. The weather was extremely cold so she provided extra blankets that we didn't really need because the place was well insulated and cozy. The lake view was gorgeous as it snowed and froze over several days and we sat inside drinking tea and coffee watching it. We would love to enjoy this space in the summer to take advantage of the deck and dock down by the water.

This lake house was beautiful and the view is stunning! Every room is well appointed and perfect for setting a lake vacation vibe. The house has everything you could need. The description and pics on Airbnb are thorough and completely accurate. Jenna was an awesome host - very responsive and helpful and flexible. We will definitely be back!

This place was really nice! Its on a beautiful lake with a lot to do! Jessica had plenty of kayaks, canoes, and life vests. The surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It's also very close to many great hiking areas Mt Washington.

Was a great stay, beautiful house with plenty of areas to relax with whoever you bring up. Location is amazing with lots of fun stuff to do nearby. Highly reccomend checking out the resturaunts in town!

What a truly lovely home. We needed a place in between Waterville and Loon, and this hit the spot. Two parents, two young teens and two dogs and we all fit perfectly. The dogs were thrilled with all the space to run and hike, as were the kids. Would absolutely recommend to another family.

This place was beyond beautiful. Waking up to the sun rise over the icey pond was wonderful. Loved that it had a full kitchen and a great coffee maker. Skiing was a short drive away. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! Helen was super responsive and very informative, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The space was big and roomy, which was perfect for just the two of us to relax after busy days. The views were beautiful, and we loved the patio and fireplace. Our favorite part of the house was definitely the laundry facilities, which were so convenient during a trip filled with skiing and other winter activities. The one thing we didn’t love was the pricing structure. It increased if we wanted to invite additional guests, rather than having one set price for the night. That was a little disappointing, but overall, it didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable stay! 😁

I really enjoyed staying here. It was exactly what I was looking for. It is perfect for a weekend getaway. The view of the lake is fantastic and the cabin has a rustic feel that makes it easy to relax. Very clean and well equipped. Highly recommended!

Cabin was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. It was an easy drive to the nearest towns, but still far enough away to have privacy. Check in/check out was super easy and Catherine was friendly and easy to communicate with. We spent a day right in the lakes area (Squam and Winnipesaukee) and then drove up into the White Mountains for a day of hiking. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Catherine's place.

The place was just as described! Very clean , and welcoming home with everything you need and then some! We went for just some down time and to unwind and all the ingredients were available to achieve all of that. Lots of restaurants and shops in nearby towns too! Loved our stay and would recommend to anyone!!

Beautiful cabin! Comfortable and cozy. Perfect for our weekend away. Everything was provided for including a book about the cabin and the host, suggestions for restaurants and groceries. Clear instructions on how to operate wood burning stove etc.

The place is quaint, clean, pretty, with a spacious open feel. The kitchen is well stocked. Coffee maker, coffee, fresh eggs, butter, oils, flour, spices so you don't need to pack everything if you plan to cook. Linens were beautiful, plentiful and clean. The walking trail behind the home is well marked and a pretty walk with view of the lake. We would stay here again. We are planning to buy or build a place soon and took some ideas from this pretty little place.

Really one of my favorite places to stay. The home is cozy, has everything you could need, and right on the pond and a short drive to Sunapee mountain. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful cabin in a peaceful setting beside Mount Moosilauke. Would love to come back here in the summer with a small group, to make use of the fire pit and grill. It's a peaceful, intimate and charming cabin perfect for a romantic escape or a low key base of operations for a friends outing to any of the many attractions in the area.

Gorgeous views especially during the winter, we felt isolated and we loved every minute of it. John responded quick and was very helpful. The hot-tub was very relaxing and the cabin felt like home. Definitely would recommend for the perfect getaway
