Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ashland

We came to Concord NH to celebrate a graduation at SNHU. Maria’s place was perfect for our group and so close to the university. Very clean, great space and great location. Maria was terrific to work with, very proactive and responsive. We will definitely book with her in the future 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful home on beautiful property. We came to see the autumn colors and the trees surrounding the home were so vibrant! Quiet, calming and relatively close to a lot of great things to do. Everything was very clean and it was nice having separate bathrooms upstairs. There was a light musty smell mostly on the main floor that people with allergies might be sensitive to. Also to note, the main house and the guesthouse are attached, but there is a private driveway coming from Munsey Hill Rd to the guesthouse that wasn’t clear on our phone maps. Overall a great stay and great home!

We loved our ski vacation at Jacob’s condo! The location is perfect for Waterville Valley and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are so many good things to call out but one thing I would love to highlight is that he has high quality mattresses that make for a great night sleep. That is not something you can always tell from photos but once you reach a certain stage in life you learn to value that so much! We look forward to staying there again!

We had a great weekend in Alton at Liz’s place. Liz was super responsive in the weeks leading up to our trip - and the house exceeded our expectations. Definitely the highlight of our summer.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tara’s place! It felt like home, so well stocked and comfortable. Incredible views, cooking on the Blackstone overlooking the mountains was a favorite! Tara we super helpful with a couple of minor things that came up over the weekend. There was a ton of space. We highly recommend and are hoping to stay here again!

This was perfect! Girls shopping weekend for 7 of us. Clean, close to town and plenty of space.

Lovely stay at this peaceful and cozy cabin! Bonnie and Harry were amazing hosts, incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive. Lots to do from hiking to dining to sight seeing! Loved the wood fire stove and listing to all the classic vinyl records. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

We had an amazing stay at Emily and Nicholas’s house! The place is cozy, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing time. Emily and Nicholas were great hosts, with clear and timely communication, making the whole experience seamless. Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

Excellent stay over about ten days. Very convenient location. Just a block from the Amtrak station. Quaint downtown that's getting heavy development. Plenty of dining options. Central heating works really well. Older building, but this 2nd floor unit is comfortable and cozy. Free use of shared washer and dryer in the basement. Travis is pretty accessible if you need to reach him for any reason.

Caitlin's place is lovely. The apartment is charming –– it's cozy, and gets great sunlight throughout the day. In addition, the unit was well-stocked. The kitchen, for instance, had everything I needed to prepare all of my meals. In all, Caitlin's place was the perfect setting for my brief writer's retreat; I would gladly stay again.

The location was ideal for the Fryeburg Fair and for hiking Pleasant Mountain, and the views of the Franconia Range and Presidentials was superb. The Airbnb was spacious, inviting and comfortable. Sue was friendly and helpful.
