A lovely peaceful stay in this suburban studio. Comfy couch and bed and an extremely well stocked kitchen. Such thoughtful & generous supplies of snacks, breakfast items & incidentals, best we've experienced. Good access to the city via public transport or vehicle as well as local eateries and supermarket.

Great great in a wonderful location. House is new and spacious with a water fridge with ice! Great shops near by that had great restaurants

Joanna's house was perfect for our stay in Hokitika, the house had beautiful scenery and was exactly as described, the beds were comfortable, and the living spaces were spacious. Joanna's food recommendations were great especially Hokitika sandwich shop

Beautiful decor and furnishings. Loved the pottery cups and plates. The kitchen drawers were filled with lots of useful stuff and a wide range of teas and coffees. The hot water bottle and extra blankets were nice touches.

This unit is sparkling clean. The beds are comfortable and the bedding just right. We did not spend enough time in town to use the kitchen. We enjoyed the coffee shops around the corner and walked a few blocks to find dinner. Everything the host could do to make the home comfortable was done. The only thing that we didn’t like about it was the construction in the neighborhood (late Jan 2025) which was noisy and made access to the home more difficult. It is also close to a busy street so there was a lot of noise from cars accelerating and changing gears. We stayed two nights separated by a week and the Friday night was noisier than the following Thursday. Closing the windows helped a bit but the temperature was fine outside and we like fresh unconditioned air.

What an interesting place Hokitika is. Perfect beachfront house for the stay. Within walking distance to the shops and a short stroll to the rough ocean beach. Highly recommend the this place for that west coast experience.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. Stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Everything in the house was good quality and overall high standard. Perfect location as walkable into the city. I will definitely come back when in Christchurch next! Highly recommended!

We had quite an enjoyable stay at Sharon and Paul, more than enough space as well as all the required amenities. We gladly recommend this tiny home stay to all traveller's, is I. the main restaurant street as well as close to the Hokitika beach ⛱️.

We had a lovely stay here. Great place for six adults, three year old and baby. Handy having the bedrooms separated with the lounge and kitchen in middle. Handy with three toilets. Nice location. Very clean and tidy. Comfortable lounge suite. Would stay again
