Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

Everything was very good and clean, comfortable apartment to stay in Yerevan. very close to the metro and the bus stop. The host is impeccable, always responding to what we needed

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb apartment for an entire month, and the experience was great. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The living space was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook my own meals when I wanted to, and the bathroom was spotless with plenty of fresh towels. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and public transportation. The host was friendly and responsive. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, and they made me feel right at home.
