Monthly Rentals in Arrecife Playa del Carmen

Our stay with Daniel at Mi Casa Es Tu Casa was AMAZING. We only stayed one night before we headed home but had we found this spot earlier we would have for sure stayed longer. This place is perfectly located near all the Fifth Avenue fun but far enough away to also enjoy some peace and quiet. The facility felt very safe and secure. The room (#4) was pristine clean and offered everything we could ever need. The rooftop patio is a great place to relax and chill. The bed was comfy, TV great, cool and quiet air conditioning, and great water pressure in the shower and toilet. Overall a GREAT spot and we hope to return in the future!

Stayed for a month and the suite was perfectly equipped for long stays. Very well appointed kitchen and an extra set of sheets and pillowcases. The bed was very comfortable. It was spotless when we arrived. The host was responsive when we had any queries or minor issues. The rooftop pool area was a great spot to hang out if you didn't feel like making the walk to the beach. One of the larger pools we've had at a condo building. There was also some shade available. Excellent location for walking to the beach, 5th Ave, restaurants etc.. The only downside (and it's one that is very commonplace in Playa) is the noise. There is alot of construction in the immediate area and it runs from 8am until close to 7pm. While the outside noise is minimized by the good quality patio doors, you really hear people talking and doors slamming from people coming and going at all hours of the night in the hallways. Something to bear in mind if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise an excellent stay.

We had a great time in PDC! The location was very convenient and the room was clean. The pool area is lovely as well. Mati and the desk concierges were very responsive and helpful.

The place is great, hidden gem right near the 5th avenue and the beach, but pretty quiet in the same time. Top floor is nice to chill together in the pool or jacuzzi watching the sea during the sunset. Special thanks to the host - Gabriela was very attentive and helpful with everything during our stay :)
