we were lucky with our timing. there was a major storm which made travel questionable. our host offered us change of dates or full refund. as it happened, we made it, and so glad we did. very picturesque surroundings. The hosts main residence is next door to the cottage, however, it's still very secluded and private. The host , being nearby, was able to re-stock logs for the fire by leaving a bag outside pur front door. Orrin and Elaine, were always quick to respond to communications and respected our space. we woke up to a beautiful snow fall, which gave us a magical, picturesque escape for a few nights with the kids. perfect bolt hole to close the blinds, light the fire, pour a glass of wine and enjoy each other's company.

The accommodation is as described. The kitchen is very well equipped, check in smoothly. The apartment is very quiet and you have a beautiful view over the meadows. The north coast, Derry and Belfast are easily accessible by car. Jennifer is a great hostess.
