Quiet and great location. Private pool was a hit with the kids and games room. Close to shopping centre and restaraunts. House clean and very welcoming.

A beautifully appointed property. Privacy amongst the vines. Was wonderful and was an awesome venue for a small wedding reception, as discussed with the hosts. Jessica was a great host. She answered every inquiry I had. We found her place to be so conveniently located to shops and the CBD. It allowed 8 people to live comfortably together. The pool was clean and offered great relief from the Adelaide summer. We loved being able to easily play family board games and share meals around both large tables inside and out. The carport adequately provided safe off street parking for 2 cars. Thank you Jess for allowing us to stay in your home. I would recommend this accommodation for any large group looking for a home away from home.

what a getaway this was. The house was beautiful, the kids loved their rooms and we all loved the pool. Sunsets like no other.. we had a great time as a family and would recommend this property to friends and family.

We chose this property based on its location, size and the fact it had a large pool for the kids – it did not disappoint on any of these. Location was great for us, albeit a little further out of the city but our priority was to be close to the beach and as it was only one block away, it was perfect. The property is about a 15min walk from Semaphore centre which has plenty of amenities, small supermarket, restaurants and shops and with Henley beach less than a 10 minute drive away, there are plenty of options. The property has lots of space, the four bedrooms were a good size. The living areas were substantial as were the outdoor areas. The property would benefit from some cosmetic work, some paint was peeling off in some areas but this did not detract in any way from our stay. We would certainly stay at this property again. A big thank you to our hosts ☺️

Second visit to the best accommodation in the Clare Valley. Beautiful, immaculate, quirky and so well designed. Two massive King bed areas at each end with beautiful ensuites. This place can't be beat!

A beautiful apartment right across the road from the beach. It was light and airy with electric blinds and all the required amenities. The private driveway was convenient and it was nice to sit out in the backyard. It was also a pleasure to watch the sunset from the front balcony. Charlton was a helpful host and I would recommend this apartment to others.

This was a great place to stay for a family wedding in the Adelaide Hills. The bedrooms were a generous size and the two living areas were a bonus as was the outdoor deck. Great proximity to the township itself with easy access to the supermarket, some great coffee shops and other general amenities. It perfectly fulfilled all our needs.

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely amazing! The breathtaking ocean views from the balcony were the highlight, providing the perfect backdrop for morning coffees and evening sunsets. The house itself was spotless, well-equipped, and ideally located for a relaxing seaside escape—highly recommend!

As mentioned, a beautiful beachfront property with stunning views of the ocean. Safe and secure to stay with big family and enjoy the views of the sea from ground floor, direct beach access and private balcony with ocean view. Perfect for family and friends group.

We enjoyed our couple of days at Jed’s place. It was very hot, but the aircon worked fine. Felt a bit exposed - no front fence and people parking close - but the house was well equipped with all the basic necessities, the bed was comfy, the shower had good hot water and pressure. The walk back from the beach/Star of Greece was a hot one. Next time we’ll bring our 4X4 with awning and drive down on to Aldinga beach to get/stay cool like the hundreds of others down there. Such a beautiful piece of the coast.

Great place to stay, loved the quiet and peaceful back yard and verandah as well as the proximity to the beach and shops. Leeanne was great to communicate with, the property is warm and cosy. My only regret is not booking for longer as the weather was glorious and beach was lovely. I'd definitely stay again 🙂🌊🌞🏖️

We had a last minute weekend free and were lucky enough to book Sandy and Grant's place. We wish we had more time to hang around and enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommend!

We came to SA for Gather Round with our grown up kids and our 4 legged friends, the location was perfect, the house was well equipped and clean, loved the beach and the front deck, great food and of course wine options are endless , we caught the train into Adelaide for the footy it was so convenient and easy, we would stay again for sure.

We loved our stay at Des’ house. All the provisions were very well considered and ample, and the house and garden neat and clean. It’s a lovely quiet neighbourhood and the location is close to shops and the cbd. My son especially loved being around the corner from the flying fox at Kensington Gardens. Des was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again when we next visit Adelaide.

Great location, we loved watching the storm roll in from the large balcony, What a view! Well equiped, everything we needed was provided. Including shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. Enough space for our whole family to get ready as we had a family wedding to attend, without feeling on top of each other. Welcome bottle of wine, a lovely surprise.

We loved our stay at this little oasis in Kensington - so beautifully decorated that we didn't want to leave. Loved sitting in the courtyard with a cuppa each morning. Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable it provided. Many thanks

The price of this house is very affordable and it is big enough for many people to live together. The kitchen and bathroom are also very clean, and the refrigerator and air conditioner are very fast. The host Philippa is very friendly and helped us solve many problems. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Just visited percy place as a group of 8 to celebrate a birthday weekend. Couldn't have picked better. Location is superbirerally 2 mind walk to the beach or 8 mins to the jetty and splash park. The accomodation was superb a real beachy vibe but hadn't scrimped on amenities and comfort. Beds were very comfortable and the outdoor deck at the back with the annexed mini house meant the group could spread out and enjoy the space play games, sit in the sun, chat and enjoy a BBQ. Only very very minor critism is no screen door on the sliding patio resulted in flies getting into the house. But all in all this was a fantastic stay would definately recommend to anyone looking for a home from home on the yorkes. Will likely book percys place again in the future.
