Monthly Rentals in Ardendale

Honestly the photos don't do this place justice. The cottage is absolutely fantastic, new and clean, with nice furniture, full kitchen, beautifully decorated and very cozy. It has everything you can think of for a comfortable stay, the host is communicative and polite, the instructions are simple, and the check-in was easy. Would 100% stay again, location is great too, tons of hiking spots within 1-2hr drives. Tiny things that could maybe be improved: the shower water pressure was pretty low, and the internet was not great, if you expect to work and have video calls, esp on the second flood - I wouldn't rely too much on the wifi. Sometimes it takes 30-40 seconds to load a content-heavy website.

We had a cozy peaceful weekend at the cabin. Everything we needed was there, even the things we didn't think to bring. The property is beautiful and we were able to go for long forest walks with two very happy dogs. The cabin was rustic and unique, we loved all the little details that made this place truly one of a kind. There are lots of books to browse through and a good internet connection for movies by the fire. Tim was an excellent host, he was gracious enough to let us adjust our booking after I selected the wrong dates and communicated with us quickly and kindly. I could've stayed there happliy for another week or two, can't recommend this cabin highly enough! I hope we have an opportunity to visit again.

Steve was fantastic as a host! Nice private area and looked exactly what the images showed. It was indeed a dream on a hill ! We definitely plan to stay with him again. Thanks again Steve!

Carolyn was so nice and very helpful during my short stay. She picked me up and dropped me off at the train station and drove me to where I needed to go in town. The place was very cute and cozy for a reasonable price. Will likely stay again in the future!
