Holiday rentals with beach access in Arambol

The place was really nice and clean. It’s so peaceful and quiet. Rukmini Ma’am is a lovely host and helped in time of need. Definitely going to book the same place next time we visit.

Our stay at this property was truly an unforgettable experience! From the warm hospitality to the thoughtfully curated amenities, everything was perfect. The property is beautifully maintained, offering a wonderful blend of comfort and convenience. The amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable—geyser, microwave, gas oven, fridge, LED TV, AC, iron, a spacious dining table, a cozy sofa, and a luxurious king-size bed. The beautifully decorated room, along with a clean and well-maintained washroom, added to our comfort. One of the highlights was the big, wonderful balcony, which provided a perfect space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Another fantastic feature was the well-maintained swimming pool, which was a great place to unwind and was accessible until 7:00 PM. The attention to detail and overall ambiance made this stay truly special. We are grateful for such an amazing experience and will definitely be recommending this place to others. I would request the host to include the kitchen cleaning expense while they take the money for booking, as there is a board stating we need to clean the complete kitchen while going or vacating if not need to pay 500rs extra. I felt this is not how it should be. It is something like you stay at hotel and ask customer to clean the room and keep how it was before they arrive. When you are providing the service make sure you are responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the same once guest vacates. Also their checkout time is 10am and it’s quite early to checkout at 10Am in the morning. It would be good if it’s 11am. Overall good place to stay.

This property is stunning and spacious, with all amenities working perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly supportive. The large pool was a highlight, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy a peaceful retreat. If you're looking for a comfortable and serene getaway with a great pool, this property is ideal. I had an amazing stay at this ocean-facing apartment! The property was exactly as shown in the photos. The caretaker and his team were incredibly helpful, always available to assist us and made sure we had everything we needed. It was also a nice touch that the host came to meet us in person – it really made us feel welcome. The location and amenities were perfect, and the overall experience was absolutely worth every penny. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Stepny was an amazing and gracious host. We loved staying in that perfect place which was so beautifully decorated and easy to reach as we as commute from. If we ever visit again again this is the place I would love to stay at again. The neighborhood was peaceful and nice and the locations we wanted to visit were nearby. Arambol Beach is very close to the place and is a must visit. The only suggestion to future guest to to carry light luggage since the flat is on the last floor and it is very difficult to cary heavy luggage. Again, Love the Place!! Thanks Stepny

We all friends had a Zindagi Milegi Na Dobara Experience. The host was great in accommodating 6 stag friends which many accommodations don't generally do so. Highly recommend this place to other ppl who wants to travel to North Goa.

Ansh is a great host and very responsive, the apartment was beautiful and cozy with amazing view and was located in one of the best locations in Anjuna. The apartment was clean, well equipped and furnished. The complex is walkable to the beach and is surrounded with great cafe's and restaurants nearby.

Beautiful traditional Goan house in private compound, close to the famous South Anjuna Beach (view of sea /sunset from terrace) but still quiet and private. Really comfortable, with friendly, super-helpful caretaker who tended to all our needs. Cezar himself was also very attentive, bringing biscuits and local cake to welcome us, making recommendations and checking in during our stay. When I said how much my wife had liked the cake he brought us, he had a packaged one delivered for us to take home with us! I'm sure you can find cheaper accommodation in Anjuna, but for us this was definitely worth the extra. Would recommend without reservation. Thanks for great stay

very clear instructions to reach the place. Place is very well located near the beach, access to beach takes a few minutes. Very quiet place,a lot of bird sounds. Caretakers Gautam and Shanu were great,great food they were preparing. We were a group of eight people preferred to dine in the bungalow rather than any fancy restaurant. The place is spacious. Out of four bedrooms, one is big with a extra mattress on flour, second is smaller but decent size,two small bedrooms are in a separate part adjacent. Bathrooms were clean with hot and cold water. stayed there for 12 days and really fealt comfortable.

The villa was located in a quiet, secluded area, yet still within easy reach of Goa's famous Calangute and candolim beaches,restaurants, and pubs..We loved exploring the local markets, trying the delicious seafood, and enjoyed the Goa vibe A must mention on ur villa was about ur maid and cook services..They were extremely humble and made the dishes we wanted, delicious and room service was also really great We went as a group of friends and felt like we were living in our own home . We can't wait to return to Goa and stay at this incredible villa again

Absolutely amazing stay 11/10 I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Alex’s Airbnb! From the moment we booked, Alex was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. place is much more clean and good than shown in the pics..host replys in less time. location also good 15mins away to Candolim and 30mins to Baga , Calangute.. very peaceful community...

The hosts Mr and Mrs Fernandes gave us a very warm welcome and we felt right at home. They arranged a cab pick up for us from the railway station. The house is located in a very silent and peaceful location. All amenities and pictures mentioned in the listing match exactly. They arranged bike rental for us and the entire stay was hassle free. We want to thank the hosts for a great stay and look forward to visiting soon.

It was all good, value for money. Salim the caretaker was quite responsive and helpful. The AC had some issue, but it was resolved immediately so no complains there. Definitely a must stay property.

Arrived early morning and greeted by host Shantanu. After a few hiccups which were very quickly rectified we settled in nicely. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Candolim but within comfortable walking distance of lovely beach and numerous restaurants. Communication with host was good and any issues were rectified immediately. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Tanya . Would have no hesitation in using apartment again. Would recommend. Added bonus there is a lift available.

The stay was very nice and clean. the locality is amazing and nearby beaches. kushagra and Puja were very helpful. the stay had all the necessary utilities in good condition. it was more than what we expected

Just one word Fantabulous, I fell in love with Vida and would definitely book this bnb every-time i visit Goa. The place is just aesthetically pleasing,very cozy and warm with a minimalistic look and just perfect. I love that the bnb was just right in front of the main road and was easily located. The place was perfectly clean with all amenities in ample amounts from cutleries to kitchen supplies and best thing they have their own coffee machine and they provide you with coffee capsules and milk, you brew your own coffee and chill by the pool side, the private pool is just “OMG!” It’s just perfect, I’m 5’8 but the water came up to my chest and was just perfect. Beaches, hot-spots, churches, cafe’s, restaurants every thing is almost 30min from the place and the hosts helped us with scooty and car, the caretaker Santosh Ji helped us alot and was so helpful and polite and courteous. Overall I loved the place, Anmol thank you for hosting us,we’ll def visit again.😍😍😍😍

I had a very comfortable stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!”

Dev is a wonderful host, proactively making sure you enjoy the place to the fullest. He has some great local recommendations, and helps a lot with itinerary. Overall the place is located at a good place in Calungute and beaches are just walkaway . 10/10 recommend this place .
