Created by people who don’t like having the doors closed, the house has been designed to make inside and outside feel like one... the covered veranda is a seamless extension of the home, where rattan furniture, swinging chairs, floor rugs, a bar and a floating lounge beneath the palm trees will make it hard to leave. Add to that a woodfire pizza oven, fire pit, BBQ, dartboard and outdoor games, and there’s seemingly no need to venture beyond the garden gate.... except the beach - only 200m away!

It's an easy stroll to the beach (600 metres) and a leisurely walk to the cafes, shops and beach bars. No need to drive. The house is very comfortable and super clean with a relaxed beachy feel! A beautifully renovated 50's beach house in a quiet setting within walking distance to the Swing Bridge and local shopping strip. A well appointed house with stunning views to Lorne pier and surrounding township. A second new living room has recently been added to provide additional relaxation areas. Bed linen and towels provided. The house is not suitable for children 2 to 12 years old subject to a specific discussion. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the convenience of other guests.

The place was very beautiful with great view of the beach. Kids had plenty of room to play in the front and side yard. Inside was very well done. Decking area was very beautiful and spacious. Very close to many restaurants and site seeing areas.

We had such an incredible stay at Ian’s beautiful place!! Such an open, warm and inviting space, perfect for a family wanting to spend time beachside!! The house is so spacious and wonderful, we felt right at home. Bedrooms were very comfortable and all amenities are fantastic, including the outdoor shower! It’s within walking distance to the beach (very close) shops, cafes, restaurants, parkrun, everything! Just a perfect place, we will definitely be back to stay again xxxxxx would highly recommend xx

Our two families stayed at David’s Aireys home. David was communicative and called to welcome us when we got there. Their beach house felt like a home not a sterile rental. All the beds and sheets were of a high standard which always makes a holiday more pleasant. The outdoor shower surrounded by natives was a hit. Easy walk to the beach and also the pub, even with young kids. Would definitely recommend and we hope to stay again. Thank you

We (couple) found Georgette's place near White's Beach in Torquay ideal for a short break with our Labrador. We all enjoyed the attractive (fully fenced) outdoor area. The place is quiet and secluded despite there being another property on the same block. The house is spacious, clean, tidy, modern, and well equipped. While it's close to Torquay, it also feels 'away from it all'. Would revisit and recommend.

We are a family of 5 visiting from Northern NSW + also had my sister and her partner stay for 2 nights. The home is perfectly designed for larger families, with each space large enough to accommodate for everyone. Our family was so happy in this space, it really felt like home! (I grew up in Aireys Inlet) So a perfect location to visit. The small additional touches, like wetsuits and footballs just made the getaway perfect! We will be back, thanks Nicole. We had the most wonderful stay at Ocean Breeze for a very special occasion. Simon, the host, was fantastic! His communication was prompt and accomodating, and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The house itself is just wonderful. Very clean, beautifully decorated with a homely, beachy vibe that made us feel right at home. Every room had with everything we needed, and the natural light upstairs was just gorgeous, giving the whole space a warm, holiday feel. It truly felt like we were away on vacation and not just staying at someone’s house! The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it perfect for a morning stroll or a sunset walk. Great place to unwind, play board games, and enjoy a BBQ in the outdoor space. The home is an ideal retreat for relaxation and quality time with family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for a special occasion, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future. Highly recommend Ocean Breeze!

Absolutely loved our stay at Kaitlin’s place. It was ample for a group of 5, so beautifully decorated and pristine clean. Everything we needed was available. Very easy to walk into town or the gorgeous beach at the end of the street. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. We would love to come back!
