Will was a wonderful host and his place is cozy and relaxing. Our family was only there for one night but if we're ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again!

Our second stay here- we like it! The apartment is super fresh and clean and has everything needed for a short or long stay. The living and dining areas get great sunlight- so bright and sunny inside.

We enjoyed staying at this townhouse very much. It was cozy and very clean with all the appointments necessary to make our stay comfortable. The location was quiet both day and night. We had our own private parking space right outside the door. The owner did a wonderful job communicating with us. She is a pleasant friendly person, and she made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay at her location on future visits to the St. Louis/Arnold area.

I really appreciated staying at Floyd's place. It was cute and comfortable. The only surprise was the layout - the second bedroom was only accessible via the first bedroom. It was very hard to find a place with a bedroom that had 2 single beds and this definitely fit the bill. But Floyd was very accommodating and responsive when we needed the heat turned up he did it right away. I would definitely stay here again.
