The welcome was warm and the apartment on the ground floor is perfect, comfortable and well-equipped. Modern bathroom, comfortable bedding, and quiet accommodation 25 minutes walk from the lake. Shops nearby. Impeccable! Only downside, very capricious wifi!🥴.

Great stay with a beautiful view.

Roberta is a very warm person who welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the accommodation. The accommodation is close to Annecy and especially at the foot of the lake and its small beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and restaurants are located nearby. The veranda and garden are very nice even if the weather did not allow us to fully enjoy it. Thanks again to Roberta for hosting us 😊

Quiet accommodation, well located in the city center of Annecy, very beautiful and functional. The hot tub is a real plus even if it works a little tricky. But what a pleasure to relax in the water after a good day of walking.
