Holiday houses in Lake Annecy

Very nice stay. Charming hosts and an ideal setting. The apartment is well arranged and well kept. A garden with a terrace are available with breathtaking views of the Tournette and the Aravis mountain range whose peaks were snowy! The big plus: the swing and the sompoline, which means the kids are delighted!!Highly recommend and hopefully have the opportunity to come back. Thank you very much

We found the house fairly easily. Sandrine was accommodating after we arrived late due to Eurotunnel delays the day before. The house was lighter and brighter than in the photos and was very prettily decorated with lovely Alpine things- even Christmas decorations which was lovely. It was all very clean, tidy, modern and warm. I had possibly misread the room descriptions because the third bedroom is an alcove in the upstairs hall and not a bedroom with a door. My teen daughter was upset and then had an argument with her brother about who had the room with the door but as he is too tall for the junior bunk bed she ended up with it and it was fine. We very much enjoyed our stay. There is a fondue dish and a raclette set which was great. We were worried about being snowed in but the snowplough was out at 5.30am. The house is near a main road so there was a very small amount of road noise. Sandrine and Yann are friendly and helpful - thank you very much.

Karine's house is large, with land and terrace, well equipped, with lovely views. Karine makes room for her hosts and is very available and responsive for communication. the rooms are very large. the house cat comes by to make cuckoo and seems adaptable to guest guests;-). you can park in the courtyard directly, which is convenient. we left for a walk directly from the house.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well equipped and very pleasant. The lake view is amazing! Access is also very easy and we were able to do everything by bike from the property. The small beach nearby is also very nice. Thanks to the owners for providing us with paddles. It was a very relaxing vacation in a privileged environment. A big thank you again to Jean-François and his wife for hosting us.

Very pleasant and functional accommodation even at 8. [Sofa bed in the living room quite comfortable] Really ideal location from our point of view. The regular shuttles are nice with a very small one that does not practice the ski-in/ski-out slopes but the step to reach the slopes is really not long otherwise. The ski room is top + room with bench for putting on. There is a small convenience store at the bettex (the one 200m put the key under the door!). There is even a slope right in front of the windows for some toboggan runs over the time of noon or after closing the ski lifts [but it takes enough snow😕]. Vincent is a very attentive and responsive host. Anyway, a great week.

We had a lovely stay with the family in a beautiful place, with a lovely view. Very large house, well maintained, lots of amenities available. The pool is beautiful sized and heated with a magnificent view. The pool house is very nice and functional. Village at walking distance. Small but charming with beautiful walks to do. Property managed by Conciergerie De Savoie who was always available and responsive. Owner available too! I highly recommend the accommodation.

We had a great stay at Celine's place. The house is ideally located (shops, cheese shop, gas station, ski resort, nearby), it is clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and matches the photos in every way. Celine welcomed us warmly and gave us all the instructions we needed to make our stay go smoothly.
