Beachfront holiday rental in Andhra Pradesh

We chose this property for a 2 day Book Club retreat of 10 people. It marched. pur expectations and more. We fell in love with the rustic ambience of the courtyard. The bookshelf was impressive too. All of us chose our own corners to read and discuss. The in house meals by the caretaker Ilavarasi was good. She was responsive to our requests. Bathrooms were clean, Linen was fresh. The beach is just 200m away and is clean compared to the crowded beaches of Chennai. Seaview from the terrace of the house is great. There are multiple local restaurants in the main road, so food is not a problem at all. We loved our stay here. It is the perfect place to unwind from hectic city life.

This place is nice. Go there. The house is literally at the beach and since we are swimmers / bathers and sea-lovers that is something very special. The local fishermens village is nice and people are friendly. You can watch the boats arrive with freshly caught fish. Guna - the caretaker - and his family are great hosts, helpful and gave us good advice. The only obvious downside is the distance to Mahabalipuram (approx 18 km) where we went tvice to cover the incredible sights in there.

All I have to say is , this air bnb property is simply a great place to relax and spend with your family and friends . Midhun has been a great host , very helpful with his suggestions and replied quickly whenever I contacted him. Clean amenities, and a min walk from a secluded and scenic Nibhav Beach. Though easily connected via Taxi Aggregators , having personal vehicle is recommended.We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. It comfortably accommodates up to 25 people, with plenty of mattresses and foldable beds available. The villa is stunning and definitely worth staying at. Highly recommend!

A lovely little place, perfect for 4-5 people. The place is well-maintained and has a charming aesthetic. Its proximity to the beach—just a stone’s throw away—adds to the appeal. It’s also conveniently located near the main area, making it easy to find restaurants and supermarkets. If you prefer delivery, Swiggy is always an option. Overall, a great experience!

I had a complete month stay over Roger David's place. Over all it is good experience and awesome place for long stays.

Lovely neighbourhood, just a short walk to the beach. The property is well-maintained, spacious, and comfortable and offers a peaceful terrace with a beautiful, breezy view (perfect for star gazing). A special mention to the caretaker, Bhaskar Anna, who was kind and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay!

The home is a fantastic place created by the our Meher and his lovely wife Nikhitha. They are a young couple with a positive attitude towards the guests. We were travelling with children and they ensured we could get good food and all refreshments freshly cooked from the nearby local cook. In a way we could enjoy the local cuisine and didn’t have to bother about food. On our request Meher also arranged for a complete tour of the Bhimli area. This small town has a vibrant history as well as the beauty of a coastal town. There is a back water also where we could get a wonderful boat ride with the help of our hosts. It was like they knew the place and the people so well that everything could be arranged without much hassle for us. We loved the stay in the cozy home, watched movies on the excellent home theatre, played UNO, enjoyed the morning sunrise from the terrace which has full view of the sea, toured the whole town and had great local food. Our kind of Holiday! Will visit again!

The property is right on the sea shore and is very calm and private to spend time with friends or family. It is exactly as listed and the caretaker was very responsive and friendly. Jacuzzi was also very good and everything was clean and maintained well.

Salim and Samina's place was perfect! We were delighted to find such a beautiful home and it had all that we needed. Every process starting from checkin till checkout was smooth and the hosts were always responsive. If you need a peaceful, serene and a lovely home away from the city then this is the place to be. We stayed here for a night for a get-together. The property was lovely! All the rooms were clean and tidy. The host, Vijay, was really kind to guide us through and check-in went real smooth with the property housekeeper Renuga. The location was stunning - just a 2 minute walk to the beach in front. I will visit again and highly recommended for long stays and private functions.
