We really enjoyed our stay here with my family! Great host! Walkable and nice restaurants and grocery stores close by. Has a safe parking garage.

We had a wonderful stay at Carol's place, the surroundings are so pretty, and the views are beautiful. The apartment was super clean and functional, with lots of space. Carol's place is ideal if you want to be away from the city with no crowd, and enjoy a nice view and have some peace. Highly recommend this place :)

We had a great time! The apartment is small but had everything we needed and since we were outside all day we didn't care at all. The walk to the center of Coco was easy and there are also a couple of restaurants and a little grocery store right next door. We spent more beach time at Panama and Ocotal since those beaches are nicer than Coco, but Coco beach and this condo are centrally located for little day trips in the area.

The story is: We booked a house in Jacó from another host and it was very bad in everything, lousy. So already being in jaco disapcionados we canceled the other reservation and browsing a little in the app we saw the Chadwick announcement by the Penthouse in Jaco bay and responded super fast, in addition they already had everything clean ready to arrive and enjoy then we booked and we were able to book and enter in in less than half an hour. I think it's excellent that they already have clean accommodations and ready to host vacationers, even without having booked in advance. During our stay, Britanny was super attentive to our queries and doubts.

The villa was absolutely beautiful, just as pictured! The host was an excellent communicator, responding quickly to all our questions. The place was spotless. The location was perfect, with a beach just a 5-minute walk away and great restaurants within walking distance. Having access to the laundry room was a great convenience. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and picturesque place to stay.

Exelente ok everything

I’ve been going to Jaco for very year for the last 8 years. This was the first time that I stayed at Costa Linda this was a great complex. Armando’s place was great two bathrooms I only needed one since I was solo but lots of space can easily accommodate 4 people. I cook so I had everything I needed there. If you are swimmers the pool is amazing it has a full 25m side to do laps. This will be to first place that I will check if it is available on my next trip to Jaco.

Our stay was great. We traveled to Sjc with two 2 and 4 year olds, and our two dogs. The apartment is perfect, it has everything you need, it is safe, it has a screen on the windows and the accompaniment during the stay by the hosts was excellent. We'll be back for sure.

Excellent place!!! It is our 3rd time there and we are thinking of the next visit, the place is perfect for rest, pool and sea two steps away, children enjoy it 100%

Jessica's place was amazing! We are a family of 4 and it fit us perfectly! The beds were very comfortable, plenty of blankets, pillows and extra sheets for a pull out bed in the couch (the couch bed wasn't very comfortable but what pull out bed really is, our son loved it and said it perfectly fine). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals. The grocery store is within walking distance. We walked to the pools, played pickle ball at the courts and relaxed in the hot tub. The security guards were very nice and we felt very safe. We will be back!

Daniel was an excellent host, he was always attentive to us throughout our stay! Thanks to that, it made our stay in Cali the best. The place is beautiful and very private and quiet. Thank you Daniel for all your attention and for making Cali wonderful.

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

This was a wonderful condo to call home for our week long stay in Costa Rica. Communication with Irina and Paul was easy, the staff and security on the grounds was fantastic and the stunning views from all sides of the condo were breathtaking. Watching the howler monkeys during a sunset swim in one of the pools was truly amazing . The condo itself is very nice-beds very comfortable, the kitchen was clean and organized and the furniture tasteful and cosy. Thankyou Paul and Irina for sharing your little piece of paradise. We hope to be back.
