We had a very unique and pleasant experience at this unit. Very peaceful and felt like wellness treatment. The unit was very clean and very thoughtful. We literally had everything we needed during our stay. We were surrounded but beautiful well kept trees and plants. Our host Rafael and Sandra were super friendly and communicative. I highly recommend this place for all above reasons and for being close to beautiful beaches and city centre and great restaurants. Will certainly go back again.

Karla is an excellent host. The home we rented from her was great, very private, with great access to a beautiful river and a very nice seating area outside. The house itself is small, we had the maximum number of people in there (six) so the inside space did feel a little bit tight, but it matched the description and we were expecting it. We were there five nights. our kids lover being outside and playing around the river. The house itself is only 12 minutes from the main area of la fortuna so it's pretty easy to access the main area with restaurants and all the different activities. there is a grocery store very close to the place that is very clean. the road right outside the house and for a good stretch looks like it was newly built, and it looked like there were a number of vacation homes built along the way (although the area didnt feel touristy at all and still kept it untouched authentic charm). Karla was excellent to deal with, very responsive to anything we asked. Recommend!

The space perfectly suited my needs, both in the location and size of the environment (ideal for 1 couple). In addition, Mariza is extremely kind, careful and willing to meet any need that may arise. Simply, I loved my stay!

This place was literally perfect for what my father and i had planned to do in la fortuna! The host was extremely friendly and greeted us once we arrived, provided details with the place and explained to us how to get around. The home was comfortable and we were out for most of the day so it provided all that we needed. Very clean as well. Thank you for such an amazing stay. Would recommend it to anyone visiting la fortuna !

Beautiful stay a few blocks from downtown Mendoza and near San Martín's house. The house is very comfortable and was very clean. Check-in was very easy and comfortable, we arrived at night and were able to get in without any problems. Lara was super attentive and always willing to help us.

We had our second stay at Rodrigo’s lovely place. We liked it so much that it was an easy decision to go back. And surely we will look into booking again with Rodrigo in the future.

Paulo's apartment is excellent, as it offers everything it describes and more. Conveniently located and well-equipped. The garage is great too and the host is extremely attentive

It’s a nice and clean place, with an awesome view. Sebastian is a very attentive host.

We went with our daughter who is 10 years old over New Year’s. The location was great to walk to restaurants and to the beach. Very short walk for a 10-year-old. The 24 hour security guards were amazing always accommodating. The town itself was a little busier than we anticipated. The last place we visited in Costa Rica was Tamarindo and it’s a much slower pace. If we were to return to Jako, we would definitely book with Diego again.

Excellent! strategic location, there is no need or to take the car out to go to the grocer, restaurant, gym, supermarket or beach, everything is too close and central, the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay without spending too much, suitable for families or couples, we will definitely return 🫶

This place is in the heart of the Palermo Hollywood, which gives access to several restaurants few blocks away. It is near metro and bus stops as well. The apartment is beautifully decorated and kept clean. We felt like home here. Carina (the host), is very helpful in providing the information to plan our self-guided tours in Buenos Aires. Carina was very prompt in responding to our questions (that includes tips about sightseeing). I loved the book collection from Carina!
