Amazing vacation stay ! Already looking at the calendar to see when we can come again! We traveled with the whole family , with ages ranging from 3-86.., and the location has something for everyone to enjoy ! Right across from shopping , restaurants , & a grocery store ,.. there’s nothing more you could possibly need ! It’s just a short , beautiful walk to the beach . The location is quiet & pristine . The Infinity pool was definitely our groups favorite part & this home is located steps away from the pool! If you’re ever looking for a fantastic Hawai’i getaway - you’ve found the best accommodations ! The hosts are extremely communicative & friendly , and very accommodating to schedule changes ! 10/10 stars !!

Travis & Tricia 's condo was perfect for us. Amazing view of the ocean and sunset, easy parking, easy access to Kailua. They were incredibly communicative. My credit card on file had been compromised by fraud and my reservation was cancelled when the payment didnt go thru- I was nervous I would lose this place. Travis and Tricia responded to my email immediately, let me put thru a new credit card and contacted Air BnB as well. I was very grateful to them! Terrific visit!

I had a wonderful stay with my family at this location. Keoni provided very detailed information that helped us navigate our stay with ease. She was communicative and we enjoyed the amenities as well. The location was very close to much of the beaches, attractions, and shopping centers that were needed for this trip. I'd like to thank her for opening up her home to our family.

This Magic Sands Condo is 5 stars! It is as beautiful as the picture which advertise it. The condo is well provisioned and stocked with everything one might need for an amazing Kona vacation. The host provided very detailed instructions - not only about the condo but also restaurants, sights to see and things to do. We found it to be excellent value for our vacation dollars.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful location, description and pictures are accurate. This Airbnb has the most equipped kitchen I have ever stayed at, it's got everything! Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear available for use as well. Clean well maintained home. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Casa Chilin’ was a fantastic find in the Fairway Villas of Waikoloa Village! Walkable to the Kings and Queens and a short drive to A-Bay (which had plenty of parking). A-Bay isn’t a great beach (small, crowded, course sand), but 15 min up the coast is Hapuna State Park which is a fantastic beach. It’s $10+ per day, but well worth the waves, fine sand and restroom amenities. Carlos’ beach gear was perfect for the beach, larger cooler, umbrellas/boogie boards and chairs. The home was great, very clean and free of any bugs (which was a concern being on the ground floor). Really well stocked kitchen with spices, pots and pans and especially Tupperware for the beach. Overall a great stay and highly recommend for a pleasant stay in WV. Thank you Carlos!!

It is a great place to stay in the condo. Almost have everything that for daily life. it is very convenient.

Great spot for exploring the Kona side of the island. The condo was clean, fully stocked and had some great beach items. The communication and instructions before and during our stay was great. The parking spot and Condo were easy to find and we felt safe and secure. Thank you Vincent for making our stay so easy and enjoyable

Excellent stay! Looked just like the photos and had exactly what was included in the description. No unpleasant surprises, which is fantastic. No one wants surprises on their vacation. Very happy with the stay, would rent again.

This condo was amazing! It was beautiful and clean! It had so many amenities provided. We didn’t have to rent any beach gear because it was already there for us to use. There was even bicycles for us to enjoy. The kitchen had everything we needed also. The location is quiet and gorgeous. The pool was so close to the condo. The beach club that you can use with the rental was so perfect and super close. It was in a cove so it was easy to swim in and had great snorkeling! There were also a lot of other great beaches close to the condo. We would definitely stay here again! It is one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at!
