Perfect spot for us to stay during Virginia Tech’s graduation weekend. Small yet incredibly cozy home that fit 6 of us perfectly, including our pets! Very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Although the airport is right next door, had no issues with sound whatsoever!

Our stay at the Ridge home was great! We were in town as a group of friends meeting up for a golf trip. The house was everything as advertised! The majority of our time was spent on the golf course so we pretty much were only at the house to sleep. But was everything we needed for our trip and the neighborhood was quiet as other reviews have stated. Everything was great and we highly recommend the Ridge home!

I stayed here during our house remodel. I really appreciated having the kitchen, and it was very well-stocked with utensils. If you’ve used Airbnb kitchens you know they can be sparse, but Theresa’s had anything I needed! The area was very clean too, and not scented, which I appreciated since I am sensitive to fragrance. I was able to use my home laundry so it wasn’t a trouble to not have the laundry. It was a little cool when I was there but the space heater kept it comfortable. The shower was also very comfortable and was quite hot. If you have a lot to move in, it can be tedious to carry stuff in and out since you have to walk around the outside of house to the basement but Theresa let me use the driveway for that, so it helped. I had a great stay here, and would definitely recommend to anyone!

The cottage is a lovely place and perfect for the 3 months I was there. It made me a little sad to leave. Felt like home away from home. Thanks Jesse!
