Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alsergrund

It was very spacious and the amount of bedrooms was stunning.There is also a supermarket and bakery just a short walk away, which is very convenient for making meals.It was winter, but the house was always warm and relaxing.

It was a very nice stay. The space is even better in person than in the photos . Lots of great bedrooms, bathrooms, large living room, great garden with barbecue facilities. We celebrated my son's 18th birthday and he was super happy. And the host Michi is very friendly, helpful and responds super quickly. Before checking in, we received a detailed message in which all important points about the accommodation, surroundings, transport, restaurants, parking and emergency 😊 numbers. It was a very nice stay and we had a great time thank you for that. Will definitely be recommended or visited again.

We had a pleasant stay. Everything was super clean. Martin was easily accessible by phone,very friendly and helpful. I have nothing to complain about Highly recommend.

We had a great Christmas holiday. Nice communication. We had arrived much earlier. That wasn't a problem. Everything you could think of was present. Nice reception. Host was always available for advice. And check out was also very flexible. In consultation, we were able to decide for ourselves what time we wanted to go. In short, highly recommended.

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

The place was very nice, modern, and quite close to Vienna. We loved it, we didn't mind not being right in Vienna. Next time we go here, we'll be sure to arrange this place again.

This house is the best place to stay with friends or family. I want to use it again when I visit Vienna again.

Beautiful, very clean and modern. Not only did it look clean, it felt like it, which is very important to me. Great instructions for check-in incl. Photos. Communication before and after was super straightforward and nice. The kitchen has the basics for 4 persons. Coffee pods, oil and spices available. When the windows are closed, you sleep well in the cozy beds despite the tram, also our 1.5 year old child (elevator available if you have a stroller). Rating of our teenager: good vibe. ;) The area: you are quickly at the metro, tram in front of the door as well as all the shops you need. And if you love kebabs/shawarma, you're spoiled for choice here. ;) Another note that is relevant for make, but does not proceed from the text: The small bedroom can only be reached via the larger bedroom, since there is no real hallway.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Claudia was an amazing host, very responsive and helpful. The home was full of very fun activities to do and has great access to all transports and shops.

We had a very good time in Martin's apartment. This is quiet, well equipped and check in was hassle-free. Martin goes above and beyond as a host and communication was absolutely straightforward. Overall highly recommended!

Barbara is among the best hosts I ever had the pleasure to deal with in Airbnb. Unfortunately we couldn't meet in person, but she has always made herself available via chat and we had prompt assistance from her son Laurin personally. About the location, it is located a bit away from the noise of the city, which was great for resting. Going to the city centre was really easy with the metro nearby. The living room and kitchen are very spacious and well equiped.

We stayed here on New Year’s Eve, and despite the busy time, the communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is cozy and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. A standout feature is the smart devices, which add a special touch to the overall experience. Highly recommended!

We loved staying here for our week in Vienna! The apartment looked just like the pictures and we loved the decor. The sauna was a huge plus for us as well!
