a blessing for the soul The Charlet is really exceptional! In a secluded location, surrounded by forest and wide fields, you can enjoy the tranquility and completely unwind. The decor is extremely stylish and of high quality, and everything fits together harmoniously and invites you to relax. What we needed for our stay and for cooking, relaxing and enjoying was everything on site, no wishes remained unfulfilled. The contact with Markus was also straightforward and friendly. In summary, really our best Airbnb experience so far and totally worth a visit, just recommend! (:

The apartment with a very well equipped kitchen was as described. Flexible and straightforward check-in. Questions were answered promptly and kindly by Aleksander. We were very satisfied with the stay.

Large, comfortable and sustainable apartment. 20 minutes walk and you are in the center, where most of the city's attractions are. I recommend Lee's space.

Spacious apartment with a garden/terrace and an amazing location. It is the host’s own apartment and is fully equipped with everything you will need. Very nice neighborhood with several supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby. Very easy to get around on foot or by public transportation. Bus 13A and tram 49 stops literally outside the door and are very frequent. The U3 underground line is a a short walk away. The apartment is very quiet and remains cool in summer even when it is 35 degrees outside.

The apartment was very well divided and really perfect for 5 people. We were received in a very friendly manner and guided through the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need for a short vacation in Vienna. Due to the temperatures, we had to sleep with open windows and it was unfortunately a bit louder on the street, but that can happen anywhere. All in all, a successful trip, gladly again.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, and everything we needed was there. The metro station is right under the building and in 10 minutes you can be in the city center. We checked in with Hans, George’s father, who was very friendly and available for any questions. Overall, great stay.

Beautiful, compact and complete apartment. Don't expect to be able to sleep 5 at the table. But for our family of 5 and 2 dogs it was perfect. Half an hour walk from the center. If you don't like walking, public transport is near. Had a great week here! And Armin is attentive, quick and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

We very much enjoyed our time in Vienna, in large part to this home! We traveled with quite a few couples and we all felt there was ample comfortable space. It was in a very walkable location and the convenience of breakfast delivered each morning was great. The decor and amenities were exactly as expected. I would definitely recommend Johannes as a host as well as this property for your time in the city.

Our family had a magical Christmas and New Year at Bettina’s lovely apartment. Spacious, comfortable, well appointed and some lovely extras, like cake, a Christmas tree and other little additions. Fabulous location - everything in Vienna was seemingly at our fingertips, with tram stops all around. Bettina was a joy to communicate with and helped with so many ideas and suggestions. If you’re ever in Vienna, this is a perfect place to stay!

David’s apartment was wonderful! It was beautiful, exactly as pictured, and everything in the apartment was in perfect working order. The location was so convenient to many trolleys and buses. In addition, there were many shops and restaurants within the immediate neighborhood. David’s welcome packet was very helpful too, with maps and local recommendations. We would definitely make the same choice if we visited Vienna again!

We had a very pleasant stay. Gertshof is a little way out but a 20 min tram ride takes you into the centre of the city. The area is quiet but has all the amenities you need and is not dominated by tourism. It is also very easy to get to the apartment by train from the airport. The apartment itself is great. Very clean and warm and everything works. All communications with the host were promptly answered.

We spent 2 nights at Alexander's place, which was peaceful and clean. Alexander is a great host always ready to give you a hand if you need it. Thank you, we'll be back!

Claudia’s places was fantastic. Very cozy and homey. Loved waking up to all the windows and views across the city. Beds were very comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets. The living room dining room area was a great place to hang out. The bus stop is literally in front of the house and Vienna has amazing public transportation. It was also a short walk to the city center. The neighborhood has lots of hip fun restaurants. We loved Maka Ramen. Be sure to make reservations though. There is also a grocery store right next door to the apartment which was super handy. We really Hope we can make it back to Vienna someday and stay at Claudia’s!

We are very grateful for the wonderful apartments offered by Annemarie. Big, spacious, comfortable and cosy. Annemarie is a warm and lovely hostess. When we arrived, she had prepared a map of the area with public transport options. That was really very helpful. The apartments are in a quiet location. There are shops and public transport close by. Everything wonderful!!! Rudolf is quite excellently helpful and supportive if needed, otherwise you can fully enjoy the wonderful private tranquility in the pleasantly spacious living suite, with great views from the salon into the directly adjacent garden with pool. Lots of greenery, wonderful relaxation in excellent villa area, only a few meters to the forest adjacent to Lainzer Tiergarten. And also quick to get to Hietzing with good gastronomy options, organic bakery, organic natural food store and many shops. A warm thank you to Rudolf

Clean and secure accomodation. Beautiful neighbourhood. Easy access to city centre. Truly scrumptious bakery next to the apartment: the best topfenstrudel in Vienna. Michael is exception host, highly professional, nice to deal with. Highly recommended!

I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

It is a very tastefully furnished house with a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. The location is a little remote, but you have a fantastic view over Vienna. The bus can also be reached in 5 minutes. We celebrated our family Christmas at Daniela's house and she provided us with her Christmas decorations. It was a fantastic stay that we very much enjoyed. The house offers plenty of space and coziness for a relaxed family gathering.

Wonderful place! Absolutely loved our stay. The facilities were amazing and Michael and his family were very helpful and friendly. Everything was great for us. We would love to stay again if we were in Vienna in the future.

The apartment was simply furnished and clean and communication with Michael went smoothly. There are a few beautiful wineries and restaurants in the area and the interesting sights are all about half an hour away by train. We enjoyed it very much, the accommodation is perfect for a short stay in Vienna!
