Absolutely fantastic stay, exactly what was required, especially for the dogs! Dog friendly is an understatement. Completely secure and enclosed huge garden area with a substantial walk to the beach straight from the house. The apartment itself is cosy and inviting with everything you need, and a bottle of Cava in the fridge waiting for us! The location was spot on with the main West Wittering Beach Carpark an easy drive away, local grocery shops for supplies and petrol station, everything we wanted from our visit was in close proximity. Including beaches and amazing nature reserves. We went out of season which meant all beaches open to dogs and car parking considerably cheaper. Just be mindful of this when visiting during the summer months as restrictions come in from April when walking dogs on the main West Wittering beach, however I checked in with some locals and East Head which was our favourite beach walk is open to dogs all year round. We will definitely be back!

Lovely quirky place to stay for a few days, the kids loved it, very quiet and the husband loved the outdoor shower….it even had hot water! Would recommend if you’re looking for a short getaway as a family of 4. But without the kids we could have stayed longer. The bunk beds were a great idea for a few nights but anything longer may have been a struggle.

We were three ladies staying for two nights. The home was so clean and had everything we could need for our stay. We met Tom who welcomed us n arrival. So close to the Witterings and Chichester. So peaceful and would definitely stay again.

Thank you Holly for a wonderful stay - we had a lovely long weekend with our children and friends. The barn is beautiful, comfortable, warm and had everything we could need. The space was perfect for us. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would 100% recommend for anyone considering staying here and we would definitely return.
