We loved our stay so much! Quiet, comfy, private and as described! so close to everything! Our host Kathy was very accommodating, let us have an early check in and gave us our space to enjoy and relax but made sure to pop in and say hello when our schedules aligned.

The guest house was immaculate and incredibly easy to manage a pet both inside and outside. Location to beach and beach walks was perfect - really suited me and my little dog. Linen, bedding, everything was immaculate and no doggy smells! Thank you Deryn for providing such a well provisioned and lovely space for your guests and their much loved pets to enjoy.

My family and in-laws stayed at Anne’s for the week and it was just a perfect getaway next to the beach private pool. Walk or bike ride to restaurants or ice cream. Pet friendly. Super clean. Anne made us really feel welcomed with some treats and a beautiful welcome card. She checked we had checked in ok just a great host ❤️. Quiet street. Great location great talented host I would definitely love to come back.

We had a wonderful time at Marie's place on the beach. The place was spotlessly clean with just the right amount of kitchen supplies to cook meals. There were a few items that required fixing but they were attended to by the hosts immediately. Can't recommend this home more for a relaxing beach holiday. Thank you for your warm hospitality

Yerranya is an lovely place to stay! The home is spacious, and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, making it perfect for enjoying the coastal vibe. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail is taken care of. My family and I had such a great few days here!! The location is perfect. Short walk to the beach, shops and even Cole’s was right there. The place was so clean and comfortable and everything we needed. Even catering perfectly for our dog with the yard, dog friendly beach space and allowing her inside. The communication between us was great too . Melissa was sure to make sure we were comfortable, told us about places near by to do and made sure we had everything we needed. We will 100% be back and will recommend it to all our friends and family!! Perfect!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. Lovely townhouse, private, beautiful pool, easy access to Peregian and the shops, restuarants and cafes. Will definitely be back.

Lynne was super forward and upfront and really easy to communicate with. She was very responsive and her instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Her room was comfortable with a nice little seaside vibe in there. Super happy with everything and would definitely stay there again

The place was stunning. Clean and tidy. Lots of light and the furniture and appliances were first rate. Will be back for sure.

We loved our 5 night stay! The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything a couple needs for a great stay. Hank and Hailz were super communicative not that we ever felt a need to reach out. Secure car parking, great location, excellent facilities within the complex. Friendly tenants and care staff. Bocca restaurant next door is excellent and the Market wine store world class. all in all 10/10

Definitely had the Wow factor, one of the best appartments we have ever stayed in, we didn’t want to leave. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and found the appartment so spacious, well equipped, homely with every appliance you could possibly need toastie maker, airfryer, coffee machine, board games , Netflix’s air con & ceiling fans fans . The rooftop area was so private & great to relax/ escape for some quiet time & soak up the sun on the loungers with plenty of shaded areas to cool off & lovely warm breeze. We really looked forward to getting back after a busy day to watch the sunset in the jacuzzi ( my highlight) & have a beer/ wine on the rooftop. Had some lovely beach walks, swims , surf shopping at Eumundi markets, & visit to brewery . Deb & partner were so welcoming, friendly & helpful, had phone numbers contact if we needed. The grounds were emasculate x 2 outdoor pools were lovely to cool & have a swim . Loved our time in Maroochydore thanks so much Ian & LIeeanna

The place was stunning. The unit itself has everything you could ask for, and the view from the balcony is unbelievable. The location is great for access to a couple of different beaches, and also to restaurants. The unit comes with a beach shade tent, some beach chairs, etc. Very useful. Through phone problems of my own I had some difficulties getting messages prior to arrival, but Melissa was proactive and made it easy. Caloundra is a gem. I live on the other side of the world, but would love to make it back!

The house exceeded our expectations. With our dog, daughter and her young family we were all extremely comfortable and loved our stay. Spacious bedrooms, a large in-ground pool, lawn to play on and a very large outdoor area for dining and relaxing on the massive benches. Bikes and pool toys were a real bonus. Catherine was a fantastic communicator and we will return for a summer or winter holiday.

Alan was a great host with a wonderful apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and waking up to beautiful sunrises and the sounds of the ocean. The apartment is on the south west side of the building so it has great views of the ocean to the south from the balcony and master bedroom and views of the hinterland from the 3rd bedroom which has floor to ceiling windows. It's alos easy walking distance to Coolum's main cafe's, resturaunts and boutiques and Coolum beach. I would fully recommend Alan and his apartment to anyone who asked.

Great house and location. Stayed here for 6 nights with young family. Kids loved the pool and late afternoons on the rooftop. Jayde was great to deal with and very responsive. Highly recommended.

Great house in a lovely, quiet and private location. Price was very reasonable compared to similar properties we'd stayed in, in the same sort of area. The layout of the house was great for a family with small children/a baby and the deck/pool area was secluded and private. The neighborhood was very private but close to the beach and shops. Would stay here again.

I highly recommend Julie-Anne’s property. Every morning when you wake up you have to pinch yourself as the view is magnificent. The premises has plenty of room and is very clean. I highly recommend this property for travelling families or groups. It’s a short walk to plenty of shops, restaurants and the beaches. The pool is great and the undercover parking is a bonus. Highly recommended and we will be back, thanks Julie-Anne.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location with stunning views and walking distance to the beach and shops. Everything was clean and as pictured, if not better. Amber was very helpful with great communication. Highly recommend this accomodation, perfect for a couples weekend away. Will definitely be back!

We had a fab stay! The location was good. Literal footsteps away from the beach. Although not really walking distance from Marcoola, there’s some cute restaurants within walking distance. Marcoola and supermarket less than 5 min drive. The place was awesome and had everything we could ever need. Even board games and fresh mini toiletries in case we had forgotten. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Aircon worked well too 🤣. Pool, spa, sauna, gym, tennis and basketball courts all within the resort were awesome too. The supplied tennis rackets were a nice touch. Simon the host couldn’t have been more helpful too! We forgot a pair of swimmers and he even offered to post them back. Thanks for an awesome experience! Definitely will be back next time we stay on the sunny coast!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachhouse. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a lovely nostalgic feel, it is a fantastic location for a relaxing beachside stay. The check-in process was very easy and the instructions clear. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing beachside location, I'd thoroughly recommend Beachhouse.

David is a wonderful host who is sharing the joy of his family’s original holiday beach house. What a gift to be able to stay in a lovely, comfortable, original beach house. The decor matches the vintage and is just right. The view is wonderful. We felt right at home. It was interesting reading the history of the house. Next time we hope to get a chance to view the slides as well. David describes the house very accurately in the listing.

The place was very spacious and airy and professionally cleaned when we arrived. Great location with access to ground level garden with view across pumicestone passage and up to Bulcock beach. Very pleasant and relaxing stay. Great for the kids.
