Monthly Rentals in Alcúdia bay

We had a pleaent stay and overall great value. The pictures are very accurate. The outside seating is towards the street but it was quite and comfortable. At night the house can seem a bit cold due to the bright white installed LED lights but as soon as the sun shines it's just as imagined. Everything was spotless and very clean. The welcome package with a few groceries with the heartwarming welcome was a great start.

Everything was great, lots of space, so our 3 generations trip was very relaxed. Everything was available in the kitchen and the small shop around the corner really well sorted with everything you need. The only point of criticism we have is the couch in the living room. She does not invite you to sit comfortably, we did not have quite so nice weather and would have liked to sit together by the fireplace. I would really replace these. Otherwise, the service was great, we needed a few more blankets and received them immediately and a nice conversation.

We had very nice four weeks as a family in the apartment. The direct beach location was particularly nice for the children who could quickly and easily go to the water. Or it was played in the big garden. There was nothing missing in the apartment. Everything worked and we quickly felt comfortable. I highly recommend a holiday and especially a longer stay with children.

We stayed in the well-equipped house for the second time at the end of March. To note, it is being built right next door and across the street, it did not bother us, because we spent little time on the terrace due to the weather. The terrace is now more green than last year and in the photos, we enjoyed sitting there. The communication with Pedro was always excellent and quick. Colònia de Sant Pere is a great quiet place with good gastronomy.
