Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Akumal

We stayed two weeks with our 1 year old. The place was perfect for our stay. Great location, walking distance to the beach, 5th St. and numerous restaurants. The place is a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. The internet was fast and never went down. The hosts were great and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Very friendly host and nice family that made us feel at home. Appartment was very clean,spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had a car so the location was perfect for us because we wanted to be in a cozy neighborhood away from the cruise ship traffic. Would stay again without hesitation.

This place is a beautiful apartment upstairs in an out of the way part of Cozumel. There is a downstairs patio where we rinsed and dried our scuba gear. This is our second time here so I guess that says it all.

Excellent and comfortable apartment, perfect location next to Centro Maya and the condominium amenities also perfect. It is also very quiet and all the staff from security to super friendly and available maintenance. I'll stay again in the future!

Exceptional apartment, impeccably located close to everything in the city of Playa del Carmen. Very bright and modern, with a strict decoration. Both Arbn and the building staff communication was very good. The complex's pool is also bright and well oriented. It's probably a place you'd go back to.

What a great experience. We loved the gated condo. The place was clean and simply relaxing. The rooftop was amazing and a great place to hang out. Larry was the star of the show, he is one of the most helpful human beings. Answered any time of day if you had issues or just needed a recommendation. Very thoughtful, if he saw us, he said hello and welcomed any questions. He was there to help with our luggage when we first arrived. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Casa Mariposa. Thank you Larry for providing us a great experience.

A fantastic gem in Playa Del Carmen!! My wife and I absolutely loved the Condo, the building staff and the gorgeous rooftop pool. We have stayed in many Airbnb and Miguel's listing was one of the best we have ever stayed. The condo is located in an excellent location just off 5th avenue, close to many restaurants and cafes and just a six minute walk to the beach. Excellent hosts, very responsive, helpful and made our 2 week stay so enjoyable. The unit was stocked with plenty of items to get us started and providing water and pop in the fridge was a nice surprise!! The condo also had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach, we used the beach chairs almost every day. There is a small patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee and tea. I definitely recommend without any hesitation. Quiet and safe location.

Had a great stay at Erika’s place in playa del carmen. Very convenient spot if you appreciate some peace and quiet at night, but still only 2 short blocks from Quinta Avenida. It’s also close to a lot of great popular food options like El Fogon, delicious taco carts, and a huge Mega grocery store right around the corner. It’s a 15 minute walk to get to the touristy main central beach area of PDC, but the closeness to more authentic restaurants, food options, and the more “jungley” side of Quinta is actually much more preferable in my opinion. Great location if you want to experience all aspects of the PDC. Thanks Erika!

Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

Super recommended... we had an 8-day stay and I really recommend it... I always answer my doubts and it's worth staying in this place ... there are supermarkets and several oxxos near the place ... the house is very spacious and very clean. We were very comfortable.

Location, Location, Location: This home is centrally located within a secure gated community in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. You are approximately 35-40 minutes from the airport and 15-20 minutes (w/traffic) from EVERYTHING ELSE. Except the beach which is practically in your backyard. We ventured out of the rear exit of the community, which is lined with resorts. For a nominal fee, La Petitte allowed us to utilize their facilities, and we were treated like royalty. Space and the more space: Very spacious residence, with all the comforts of home. Upon arrival, the concierge did a quick walk through to certify all was well and answer any questions. Soon after landing, we received a message from Jeff & Mariel ensuring we arrived safely and were ready to have a great time. There were snacks and drinks available for our consumption as well as a fountain with purified water and a fully stocked kitchen. The rooms are spacious with TV and AC in each and plenty of beds. Enjoyed our stay!

Mac’s place is perfect for a couple looking for a quaint, comfortable beachfront location with a pool that is quiet and private yet a close walk or drive to a handful of small boutique hotels for drinks and food. It’s also only a 15 minute drive away from stores, Tulum town and Tulum beach road. We plan on staying there again!

Hiccups! What hiccups?! was their response . meaning how quick they would respond to any of my unforseen encounters. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I stayed here for a month. The only time I started to get sad was when I only had 3 days left. The property was clean(unit and grounds) The dwelling was perfect. You will need nothing. Just come and enjoy yourselves . I wanna once again thank all the participants who was apart of making this month of my life filled with good memories.

Excellent location, the house is very spacious with everything needed to spend a nice vacation We just felt the pool was very cold And we had a problem with the clothes dryer but in the end we knew how to handle it Thank you for everything and we hope to return soon

I have stayed in this building several times. it is well maintained and the underground parking works very well. Hernans apartment is one of the best. it is a duplex with a private terrace on the upstairs. an excellent stay with the fine host.

I thought this was the perfect spot. I honestly don’t have any complaints and I’m glad there is a gym and pool along with A/C and laundry on site

Perfect location in Playacar. It’s easy to walk to town but yet a gated and quiet place at night! Loved the stay and would return or maybe even buy a place here. It’s the best of all worlds and a great complex.

Very comfortable beds, house is really nice designed and has everything you need for a good stay. If you are sensitive to traffic noises this might not be the place for you though.

I usually forget to leave reviews but I had to leave one for this place. This was PERFECT for my family and both Olu and Armida were amazing. Thank you for hosting us and allowing our family to make memories at your place…we will be back for sure!!!

This place was large and spacious and was right above 5th Avenue. The rooms were large and had lots of space. The porch was huge and was right above the street. This was a good and bad as we were able to see some of the street performers from the porch which was awesome, but this meant it was pretty loud late into the night. The design of the place has the bedrooms further away so it was pretty quiet in the bedrooms. When we arrived they were finishing up cleaning the place and had maintenance working on the Air Conditioner, but that was all taken care of pretty quickly. The locks on the doors, specifically to the patios were kind of tricky and difficult to use. The laundry was on the roof of the building in a room that was extremely hot and there were no elevators. There were some stains on the walls from the air conditioner in the master bedroom. There were also a lot of personal items and clutter in the closets and drawers. Overall this was a great place for the value.
