Anna's place is a wonderful combination of perfect amenities and every comfort you can think of. Perfectly located, it's easy to find and has great access to the main thoroughfares for getting to the beach and 5th avenue. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is complete, and the terrace is a beautiful oasis. We loved staying here and think you will too!

The apartment on the highest standard, has everything you need, plus the neighborhood allows for free walks. Clean, nice, beautiful, and welcoming. Wonderful time, communication with the owner and consierg is easy and very smooth, which allows for peace of mind. The pool is clean with a beautiful view. Worth recommending - if you're hesitant, you'll be happy.

The truth the place impressed me with the very cozy apartment and with everything essential the place is very quiet and the price was done very well. I did not have problems getting to the place and very grateful with the attention they gave us the truth if I come to Tulum again, I already have my favorite place to stay. Thank you!!

If you are looking for a safe, stylish well kept condo and building, Gallery Condos is it 🤩! Just a few blocks off 5th Avenue and the beach you can’t beat the location. Was quiet - no construction near by. Keep in mind you are in a city and may hear some street noise on occasion. The condo itself was on the small size (appeared a bit bigger in the pics) but it’s not like you are spending much time in the unit anyways and it was super functional. We loved having a king size bed. We liked how new and well kept the condo was ☺️. Roberto and Mati were super responsive from when we just started trying to find a place right through til checkout. They were both truly super hosts! Thank you both so much for a seamless, stress free experience! Oh and for answering so, so many of my questions 😆

We had a great stay, and I highly recommend it. The location is perfect as its close to the main strip but not on the strip that you can hear the noise. Great wifi, water pressure, and AC are all good. Drinking water is a huge 5gal which was amazing! The only negative I would say was that the hot water went away fast about 2 minutes into the shower, but the owner sent someone over, and they are looking into fixing it already. The last issue which they are upfront about is the electricity; please note that you have a limit otherwise you have to pay for the extra electricity. I am glad they are upfront about it. To be honest we didn't have any issues with going over but I think its something people should know. Overall its a great stay and we would book again.

This was a perfect base of operations for my scuba diving trip, only a few minutes walk from the piers and local eateries in town. I never needed a taxi. The host provided a big water cooler (you can't drink tap water on Cozumel) as well as some sunscreen in case you needed it. It's adjacent to the cruise terminal and the navy station, so it feels very safe. I would certainly stay there again.

Lovely, comfortable place with great hosts- very responsive and offering lots of useful suggestions. I rented a car and was able to get myself to the place pretty easily - note that the last km to the building is pretty rough road. easiest checkout I've had in a long time :-) very quiet and clean property - I would definitely stay here again.

This was an exceptional stay. The penthouse is beautiful, just like the pictures. So much space for us and so well equipped. It’s in a great location, walking distance to great cafes, bars and shops in a quiet neighbourhood. Phoenix is an exceptional host so responsive and full of great recommendations. We can’t recommend this Airbnb highly enough.

The rooftop pool was the absolute gem of the stay for us. Concierge staff lovely and helpful especially for English only speaking guests. We missed having a tv in the living room (only in bedrooms). View from windows of mangrove area so very private and cool. Two streets off Calle5 with restaurants, and easy to walk a few more blocks to more local restaurants. It was hard to leave!

This is by far one of the best Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. We're already planning a return trip for the middle of this year. It's a place to disconnect, decompress, enjoy quality time with your partner or friends, and relax. Whether it's two days or two weeks, everything you need is readily available. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils. Additionally, there are asadores and a pizza oven in the outdoor kitchen area. A local restaurant can promptly deliver food and they have menu's in the lobby or there's an Aki nearby in Tulum for groceries. Take advantage of the location and enjoy the wilderness or visit the abundance of cenotes nearby. Finally, there's an awesome black cat roaming around that belongs to the property and was always playful. The photos don't do this place justice, it really is a unique and amazing experience.

Our stay was incredible, super location, walkable everywhere, 5a Av 2 blocks away, Mega super two blocks away, a catholic church half a block to the q want to go to Mass, but best of all was the attention of Mauricio, super attention to us, q everything will work, one day I take off the curtain and immediately it was composed as well as water drainage at 10 minutes I was already c the plumber, we went out so rushed that we did not give him a thank you good merit!! The pool I looked like a girl p number of apartments but finally you go to the beach. Would return with eyes closed excellent option!!!

We had a lovely stay and our host was wonderful. The area is in a perfect location for walking, sightseeing, and relaxing. The beach is right down the street. True, the church is right across the street and there are bells that ring frequently. When we had questions or requests the answers were prompt and always helpful. The people who live in the other units were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you.

Nice place , bed was a bit firm but that just seems like a common thing throughout tulum ! This is def a place you would come to relax and be away from the city part of tulum. Good responsive hosts, any issues were resolved quickly!

Just amazing. The location of the flat is fantastic and everything is within walking distance. It's clean, safe and easy to find. But Victor is a standout, he was so incredibly responsive and helpful. I arrived to Cancun in the middle of the night and he was available at all hours to help with meeting my driver and getting to the apartment. Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

This was a really nice place to meet with our adult children and their kids. The pool was a big hit (so was the small but well equipped gym for the adults). It is well away from the noise of downtown and the beach zone....so renting a car is highly suggested.

Danielas place is beautiful peacful and well organised. The bed is extremely comfy and the apartment is well designed and furnished. There are some coffees & Bars and a dance school in walkable diatance. The lady at the reception was also very healpful and helped me recive my packages i ordered. We can only recommend this place to other guests!

This place was so much fun! I lived the unique layout and the price decks and twists and turns. It felt so spacious with the private tub on the rooftop. There were a lot of stairs to get to it, but it was definitely worth it. The sun came in at all angles, which I loved. It felt really secluded and private, yet still in the heart of the city. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure and hot water. David was a gracious just and answered all of my questions! I’d definitely recommend this place.
