Our stay at Javaid Bhai's property on Dal Lake was unforgettable! The location was perfect—serene, scenic, and close to everything. The place was clean, hygienic, and felt like a home away from home. Javaid Bhai is an amazing host—always available, offering helpful guidance, and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The home-cooked Kashmiri meals were delicious, and we enjoyed every bite! We also got to meet his adorable son, Ayaan, with whom we had great conversations, and their cute Persian cat, Angel, who was a joy to be around. We truly felt like part of the family. Next time we're in Srinagar, Javaid Bhai is definitely the first person we’ll call! Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting the area.

First of all we would like to let you know that this place is too near by to Airport as well station and it is in the middle of the city where we guys food each and everything thinks to eat. The place was super amazing along with that we got a host Nusrat which she was super responsive and careful like are family. I would seriously like to tell you guys if you guys do want the best experience like me so i would highlight suggest you this place as it was too much beautiful and even she use to care for soo much we guys use to feel that she was like are family seriously it was fantastic experience we guys had with the place as well with the host as she is the great host according to us and i make sure if i plan again to come back kashmir i will surely book this place only again😻

This is a great place to stay in Srinagar. Located just 200 meters from the main road, it’s easily accessible and surrounded by beautiful, safe surroundings. Though the road is narrow, taxis can reach the property, and a good driver will drop you right at the doorstep. The property is in a posh area and is well-maintained. The host is exceptional—always available, even at midnight, to assist with anything. They offer excellent recommendations on where to eat, what to visit, and guide you on fair prices for autos, cabs, and shikara rides, helping you avoid scams. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay!
