Well Mrs. Niki was very helpful in everything we needed, always willing to help us the place was excellent and really gave you the feeling of the village even though you were 8 minutes from the center of Volos and 20 minutes from the first villages of Pelion Portaria and far firitsa… .Thank her so much for everything!

Dimitris' place is full of charm located in the heart of the garden planted with citrus fruits...and in addition the location guarantees you a fabulous sunset to admire to your choice: either from the beach at the end of the garden! ...or from the private terrace!... what more ...we spent 3 magnificent evenings that allowed us to explore the Pelion and enjoy the small village of Afissos and its amenities easily accessible on foot from the house... Dimitris is also a very nice host and very attentive speaking French!..a carresse also to the dog of the house Stella***;) ...if we have the possibility, we will definitely be back!!!

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.

The house was beautiful both inside and out, it had a beautiful outdoors bar and terrace. I would dare say that the pictures don’t do it justice!

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. I whole heartedly recommend Yanis as a host for your stay in Makrinitza Village. His kindness, generosity, and the quality of his property will make your trip to Greece Unforgettable experience. We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

mr. Stergios is an amazing person willing to help you with anything you need. the house was fantastic with comfort and quiet. it really deserves not to be there . Also spotless everything.. . many well done.

Spyros and Fotini's house is magical and magical. Surrounded by nature, you always have a great view of the sea from 3 different terraces. The well laid out path down to the cliffs took us every morning to the sea, where you can snorkel wonderfully. Our kids had great fun!! Spyros and Fotini are very hospitable and helpful. They always had good tips and know the area very well. And Fotini is the best cook far and wide!! Overall a very great experience, which we are all very grateful for!

Perfect location with ocean view. Everything perfect. Other families while we have been there. Children were able to play. Very quiet place. Wonderful for relaxing and to find inner peace

Beautiful host, beautiful house with all the amenities. The only problem was the bathroom, in the description it says 1 bathroom + 1 toilet with a shower, when in fact one is just a toilet and a second toilet with a shower. For a 6 person stay, I think 1 more shower is missing. Everything else was perfect, for every recommendation!

It was all great! Spotless space, spacious room, very good location, private parking, quiet neighborhood 5 minutes walk to the beach and the center of Volos Value for money choice compared to everything it provides you!I would choose it again with my eyes closed!

Can't find the proper words to describe this wonderful accommodation! Magnificent view, ideal location (quiet and peaceful while close to everything, specifically only 15' from Volo's center and 10' from Portaria), beautiful house. Fully equipped, really spacious and clean, the perfect place for as many days as possible. Great network for remote working too. Kyriakos was extrwmely organized and thoughtful, kind and always available for questions / suggestions. Hope we are able to come back one day ❤️ Thank you for everything!!

Excellent location in Kissos. There are cafeterias, restaurants and mini markets for groceries. The nature around the house is amazing and the house itself is cozy, spacious and better than the photos. Nikos was more than friendly and accommodating. I would surely visit again and definitely recommend to everybody

We loved this villa, it had lots of space and, even though there were several of us staying there, it felt private and relaxing. We particularly liked the olive garden with its wonderful set up, we enjoyed a lunch and a nice evening there, it felt so much like a home away from home. Kyriakos and Vasso were wonderful, always responsive and caring, we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and their recommendations were excellent. Highly recommended for those seeking a bit of luxury and relaxation.

Our stay at Andreas’ place was fantastic! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, tidy, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation. Andreas was an excellent host, always available to answer any questions and ready to assist with any request, making our stay incredibly smooth and pleasant. The property is just a short walk from the sea, and the beach nearby is wonderful. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at iris sea view. Thanos was a perfect host. Meeting us in the evening to direct us back to the house, smooth check in and delivering us oranges. Also received massage which was wonderful. The terrace is a beautiful sun spot in the afternoon, Afissos has a lovely beach. It was quiet as out of season, but the supermarket is open so you can get supplies. Lefokastro has a good taverna, still open in winter. I would love to come back again and stay for longer next time. Souzana was a wonderful host, very helpful and kind. The Vila is newly renovated with attention to details and has everything you need for your stay. Our family had a great time there. It is less than a minute walk to the beach! We highly recommend and hope to visit again.

A great place, warmly decorated with taste. Incredible quiet and breathtaking views. Mrs. Miss Mademoiselle greeted us warmly, offered us local welcome dishes. While polite Mrs. Korina had given us detailed arrival and tour information of the area. The highlight was the place that had billiards and Table Tennis where we spent endless hours of relaxation and fun!
