The place was exactly as described—conveniently located close to the beach and surrounded by some great restaurants. Having access to the swimming pool was definitely a bonus. As my friends and I were working remotely, a reliable internet connection was essential, and the Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, allowing us to work with ease throughout our stay. Sanskriti is a fantastic host—extremely responsive and proactive in checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

We were on a boys trip for 3 days. The place was exactly like it is shown in the picture, it was clean and in pristine condition. Anurag, layed out the instructions very clearly and he is super helpful. The property is 10 min. Walk from palelom beach and on the way you will be able to find good restaurant. Place is super chill and spacious, perfect for a getaway.

We stayed in this property for two weeks time . The property is nicely located in a well maintained society . Walkable distance from beach . Very well suited for beach lovers .

I had an excellent stay at this property! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and a supermarket. Sirisha was very responsive, and ensured everything was smooth throughout my stay. I truly felt at home and would love to return on my next trip!

From booking to check out everything was smooth and the place is sweet n cozy with all functional amenities. Khushi n her staff did everything to make iur stay comfortable with infant. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 8 days and it was a great experience. The place worked great for us as the beach is walking distance as well as a lot of restaurants, shacks, grocery stores, etc. Very convenient and comfortable for a long stay.

It's a family holiday trip with my mom and son. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed a very quality time. The place is very calm and cozy which was very needed by us. The room is well equipped with everything necessary kitchen items and well facility washroom. The host is very humble and polite. Apart from beach adventure, if anyone wants to enjoy greenary, calm and cozy time then this is the right place to choose away from all city noise and hassle. Will surely recommend. Arun was a great host. From check in to check out, there were no problems. He was friendly and helpful as he lives right below the airbnb setup. You can also rent his vehicle if it's available. The only sticky point is if you're a bunch of friends taking separate rooms - only one will get an AC as only 1 room out of the 3 has the appliance. Location is great if you're basing out of South Goa with Martin's Corner 200 metres away amongst other eateries. Spacious and clean with all other amenities available.

Would definitely recommend this place if you’re planning to stay in South Goa. Worth it and it sits on the upper floor so you can be at peace and enjoy the breeze a bit better. Good Job.
