Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Adriatic Sea

It was late at night when I arrived, and it was dark due to the nature of the countryside, so it was somewhat difficult to find the accommodation, but when I finally arrived, the accommodation was spacious, clean, and peaceful. This accommodation stood out in terms of quick replies and thoughtful consideration from the host.

We had a great stay at this apartment on Vir. The apartment was simple, but very clean and cozy. The advantage was a great location – close to the beach, restaurants and shops which gave us convenient access to everything we needed. Goran was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any question or request. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, perfect to relax and recharge. We'd love to come back again! The best house we have been in Albania. It was clean, air-conditioned and close to restaurants and beach club. Deborah is a sweetheart . The house is on a first floor with no elevator so it is appreciated that it is only one floor. In the house there were towels, clothes iron, sheets and other necessary belongings. I would definitely recommend it

Can't recommend Darko's apartment enough! With everything from Netflix to a stocked kitchen, we felt right at home and had everything we needed to relax at our Mostar visit! Darko was very responsive and helpful with check in instructions and suggestions about local bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Had a great stay at for 2 nights in Budva. Igor’s place is as described on the listing. Very clean easy check in and out and good communication with host. It is within a 10 minute walk into town but a very steep hill on the way back. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The house is beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We particularly liked the balcony with beautiful views. The location is ideal – quiet yet close to many beautiful excursion places and restaurants. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. From the uncomplicated communication to the quick response to questions to great tips for the area – nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely be back. Location was close to Old Town (10 minute walk). Safe area, good restaurants, bus station and grocery store near by.

The apartment is really wonderful! It is indeed luxury and has a great shower and beds including mattresses comparing to regular Albanian houses. Also the communication went easy and correct. Kostaq and his family (which live at the same property nearby) are really kind and generous. Quiet and green area as it is up hill. Parking space next to the apartment which is great.

Great apartment with two balconies, a very well equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi which was good for remote working! There was air con in all rooms too which was useful as it was hot on our first two days there. Excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood only ~10mins walk from the Old Town and beautiful Mogren beach. Would definitely recommend as a great base from which to explore Budva!

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

The apartment is like in the photos and I think it's better! It's beautiful and the terrace next to the sunbathing space, they are something you don't expect from what's cute! The 1 Gb WiFi is super fast. It is located in the Historic Center, on a quiet street. It is very comfortable for two people, the bed is super comfortable and everything was impeccable clean. Anna was always very responsive and gave us places to eat. We'll be looking forward to more. The only thing we didn't like was the shower that is too small and for me that I'm a little loud, it was a challenge to shower. It's something that tones up with the quality of the apartment, especially since there would be room for a much more comfortable shower. But otherwise, it was a more than pleasant experience.

We loved our stay here. Very central and great location. The rooms were spacious and it was lovely to have a balcony.
