We had a lovely stay at Silvia’s. Always friendly and responsive. The house was rustic but very clean, it was private and peaceful but also close to a town so had plenty of amenities. The were lots of amazing places to visit within 30 minutes drive and the lake was lovely.

We loved our stay in Le Marche. It’s an unbelievably beautiful region. There’s really everything for everyone here—country side, historical towns, and beaches all within 30 minutes drive. Graham was a phenomenal host—knowledgeable and friendly with amazing recommendations. His place was a great stay for our family with 2 kids. Tons of space in a renovated farmhouse. Make sure to inquire about home cooked meals Al Fresco, overlooking the beautiful views and drinking wine from the vineyard across the valley. Truly unforgettable!

We were a group of 10 people - two families with children and two grand Mums- spending 8 nights at the three villages of La Ghiga. Our experience overall was truly wonderful: -The place is a gem allowing you to reconnect with nature. -The villages are all well sized, equipped and modern with little decorative details giving them a cosy personality. -The pool and garden are maintained daily. -Olivia the host and her lovely family ensure being helpful with all your needs. -The opportunity of trying Olivia’s home cooking with (mostly) own produce is unique and truly recommended to try at least once. -Last but not least, Olivia gave us a tour to their farm which the children loved. The region offers various interesting places to visit e.g.: Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Lake Bracciano, Orsini-Odescalchi Castle, Villa Farnesse, Tuscania, Viterbo, Sacro Bosco di Bomarzzo. All these are between 25-80 min drive from La Ghiga. Otherwise there is a supermarket at 12min drive and the village of Nepi offers a variety of restaurants if you don’t want to be bothered cooking.

Such a wonderful place to stay. The sweet house is so peaceful with beautiful surroundings, scenery and views. We were made to feel very welcome and the bunnies were the highlight of my daughter's holiday. Hammocks, outside chairs and loungers dotted around the garden meant you could find the perfect spot at any time of the day to relax or eat a meal. We BBQd on the fire pit and watched the sunset over dinner. The kids enjoyed the trampoline, the small pool and the ball games. The house is very comfortable and well equipped too. Highly recommend.

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

This is one of those rare places that’s even more beautiful in person than in photos. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home, thanks to the warm and welcoming hosts. The landscape is stunning, with breathtaking views, especially at sunrise. Thank you Ian for the nice time. We definitely would love to come back.

La Bulletta has remained in our hearts! The place is enchanting, you are immersed in nature and the location is always well ventilated in the afternoon and night. The pool is an added value,after all our laps a nice bathroom to regenerate was appreciated by everyone. Daniele, with her sister Emanuela and little Lucia, dad and mom are really wonderful, they gave us tips about the surroundings and more. We will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful stay in a lost paradise in the Itria Valley! I had studied several options and this one was the best for the extremely central location, 10 minutes from Ostuni, and at a reasonable distance from the main sites of interest. This little house in the middle of nature has a very great charm. If it has to be perfect in summer, it is also perfect in winter, thanks to the wood stove that allows you to live around a real fireplace. It's a little rustic (you have to turn the fire back on in the morning when we woke up), but that's exactly what we were looking for, and thanks to the kindness of James (who took care of buying the wood for us), we were able to enjoy his home in the best conditions. Very well-equipped house by the way. I recommend it very warmly!

This place is amazing. Approximately 20 minutes to Assisi. Extremely large property to walk around that includes a wine vineyard and olive groves and a swimming pool. Very tranquil at night absolutely nothing around you except city lights in the distance. Restaurants are a ten minute drive and a grocery store 5 mins. The unit is extremely large and includes an awesome kitchen fully stocked, two large bathrooms and wonderful sitting area outside. The morning breakfast as well is an awesome touch Eddie is an amazing host. Constantly sending suggestions for local sights and things to do. He is on site but as well he will send you links to local towns, driving instructions as well as to restuarants. Assisi is a a must to see. But Eddie also directed us to 3 smaller Italian cities with their cultural heritage and local activities. Absolutely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Antico Casale and Stefania is a lovely host who is always attentive and friendly. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and one kitchen/dining room. It is possible to use an outside area right outside the apartment for breakfast or other meals. The pool is quite big, provides beach lounges and a seating area (with BBQ). The view is picturesque and the area itself quiet. It takes about 8 minutes by car to go to Umbertide. It was a perfect summer vacation and we’d love to come back soon.

Stephen & Jenny are great hosts and their property is amazing! I highly recommend to stay there! Breakfast was very good, the pool is perfect, the views are great! Communication before and during our stay was great - we felt very welcomed! Quick suggestions to improve the apartment: - aircon (but thank you for providing fan!) - would be great if there was a direct access to the kitchen from outside !

I came back to this beautiful place to spend a weekend with my girlfriend. As for the first time, this stay was also gorgeous, relaxing, and super comfortable. Domenico and Annamaria are two wonderful people, always smiling, full of life and interests and they do anything so that this beautiful way of being transmitted is both to the house (bright, clean, functional and complete with every useful comfort) and to the experience (very available for every single need) offering the garden products (eggs and oil were wonderful) as well as tips on what to visit and how to spend the days. This home for me (us) is a symbol of everything a host and a place on this platform should be. We'll definitely be back again.

Serena's place is a dream country home, with beautiful surroundings, peaceful, enchanting view from the veranda! The house is beautifully looked after in every detail, the log burner was a plus, we felt welcomed and straight away at home. It's the ideal place to relax, go for walks and explore the countryside and the nearby lake and hot springs and it's only 1 hour from Rome. There are amenities nearby but in reality you just want to seat in or outside and let the time go by... We will definitely come back and will recommend this beautiful place! Thanks Serena!

The hot tub and sauna were amazing after spending the day at Plitvice lakes, easy 30-40 minute drive to the park. We loved picking fresh apples and pears from the orchard out back, they were so delicious! The town of Cetingrad is beautiful with great restaurants/pubs just a short drive away. Highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing retreat in the countryside.

We spent 12 fantastic days with five (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, grounds, pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. Amenities and cleanliness of the house are to a high standard and according to the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, suitable for the area, sustainable and made of high quality materials. The nature pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly laid out. The entire outdoor area is in amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always trying to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

Charming, quiet country setting full of peaceful hikes and relaxation. Ilonka and Rob provide a lovely environment with all necessary amenities, with attention to detail. Arezzo and Assisi are both with an hours drive, Cortana a bit further. We departed our stay fully recharged. Highly recommended for those looking for time away from the pace of today. Deepest gratitude to Ilonka and Rob for their hospitality.

I stayed in this beautiful apartment for Christmas with my family, we had a great time. The apartment was warm and also equipped with wood for the fireplace. Everything was clean and there was everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outside even though we didn't take advantage of it given the cold is very nice. We'll definitely be back in the spring.

First we must say we had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. We felt like part of the family immediately upon our arrival. Our first taste of the grapes and raspberries right from the moment we arrived set the tone for the rest of our trip. We were offered goodies from the veggie garden and fresh eggs which we used for our meals. The home was immaculate in every way. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. . Definitely need a car to appreciate the area and our visit to Plitvice National Park will be one of our best memories from Croatia and within a half hour. Milan and his parents were definitely the nicest hosts we've encountered in over 40 airbnb stays over the years. Thanks for making our trip extra special. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area

When we arrived, Antonella welcomed us on time and showed us everything we needed to know, she was also always present and very friendly but never intrusive. The apartment was clean and tidy, the farmhouse is very nice, in a unique panoramic position with a beautiful view of the Trasimeno, the village of Passignano and the islands. The atmosphere is really quiet, relaxing, a place suitable for which you want a quiet vacation, out of the chaos of vacation. It is in a strategic position, a great starting point for trips to the villages and historic Umbrian and Tuscan cities located a few miles away. We stopped 5 days, with us there was also our dog Bak who was free to walk around the property. (always under control) and of course after getting acquainted and ascertained that there was no problem with Lulu ' the beautiful puppy from Antonella and with other guests. So we want to recommend the farmhouse Tiravento. We'd go back. Laura and Marco.

This is a wonderful cottage. It is SO beautiful. One of the things that I liked most about it was how quiet and peaceful it was. I particularly noticed this one morning when my wife and I were having breakfast, looking across the picturesque view of the valley and landscape. As we watched a flock of birds pass by, probably 1000 yards away, we heard a soft slapping sound. We realized that we were hearing the birds flap their wings. From partway across the valley. At night, you could hear the leaves fall. It is amazing how at peace and calm you feel when there is no background noise. It was magical. The house was beautiful too. It looks exactly like the pictures. I hope we get to return someday. The one downside is that this rental is far from restaurants. If you want to go out to eat in the evenings, there are two pizza places in Guardea (about 10 minutes away) and one restaurant near the train station in Alvianio (about 20 min away). That's it. Other dining options are 30+ min away.

Wow - this was THE BEST airbnb we have ever stayed at! The location was fabulous - right within the city walls. The amenities were top-notch - the dishwasher and clothes washer were fabulous to have. The bathtub was relaxing. The view amazing. Everything about it was perfect. We loved that you could walk to dinner easily to anywhere within the city walls and that it had all the pots/pans/etc to make dinner if you prefer to do that. It made our stay there magical! There is nothing we'd change except we wished we could have stayed longer!
