Beach house holiday rentals in Adelaide

A beautiful apartment right across the road from the beach. It was light and airy with electric blinds and all the required amenities. The private driveway was convenient and it was nice to sit out in the backyard. It was also a pleasure to watch the sunset from the front balcony. Charlton was a helpful host and I would recommend this apartment to others.

Glen is made the stay comfortable for us. The house presented well cleaned and equipped as per the listing. Clean instructions and prompt response to our questions. Everyone enjoyed the staycation. Can recommend this place to our friends and acquaintances, thanks Vijay

Incredible spot right above the ocean. Very peaceful and the house has great views and is very spacious. Thoroughly recommend for couples/friends looking for a long weekend getaway.

Our stay was lovely and was perfectly fit for children. There were endless amount of board games which kept the kids entertained for hours in between going to the beach and other activities. Location was perfect as it was right next to the beach and walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Sea Breeze Manor. Across the road from the beach and some great walks. Short walk to shops, restaurants/cafe's and very convenient. We were there for LIV golf and the house was clean and not far from Grange golf club. In a great location. Hose was clean, very spacious and delivered on what we expected.

Booked this accommodation for our Global Sales team visiting from South Korea and the United States. Wow - they loved it! The location, the views and the facilities of the property were A1. Our stay at Port Parade was a wonderful family getaway to Port Willunga! The modern, well appointed house had everything we needed, including a pool that kept our 5-year-old splashing happily! Just a short walk from Port Willunga’s stunning beach, we loved exploring the shore and nearby cafes with ease. The host was friendly and quick to respond. “Fabulous Retreat”. This wonderful home is exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our close, walking distance proximity to the beach. We loved how central we were to all the things we wanted to enjoy & we loved the extra benefit of the heated pool/spa. So decadent. The Hosts certainly went out of their way to increase “the indulgence of our stay”. The linen was dreamy & the thoughtfulness of towels for the pool appreciated. The kitchen had everything we could need & we relished our treats. Definitely the perfect place for a couples get away 💕

We had an amazing time at Jo's house. Jo has thought of everything needed for a home away from home. House was spotless and well stocked with condiments, tea, coffee and every cooking item you'll ever need. Pool and covered outdoor area, with gas BBQ was great. Lovely position on the esplanade, coffee shops, pubs and playgrounds in walking distance. Supermarkets short drive away. Our family of 7 adults and 2 children (3 & 5) had ample space and bedrooms, with tvs and games provided. Lovely welcome pack and early and late check in were offered. I certainly recommend Jo's place and hope to return. Thanks so much Jo for helping make our family 60th birthday and 35th wedding anniversary holiday amazing.

Great location, we loved watching the storm roll in from the large balcony, What a view! Well equiped, everything we needed was provided. Including shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. Enough space for our whole family to get ready as we had a family wedding to attend, without feeling on top of each other. Welcome bottle of wine, a lovely surprise.

We stayed over Easter and had a fantastic time. The house was perfect — spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and a big kitchen that made it easy to host the rest of the basketball team for lunch. The boys had a blast playing on the tennis court and swimming in the pool. The location was excellent — close to public transport and the beach, which made everything really convenient. David was a great host: friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place — we had a great time and would happily stay again.

Michelle the host was extremely easy to seal with and very responsive. The house is brand new and spotless, we would rent it again.

We had a wonderful short stay of 2 nights. Very clean, lots of space. Peaceful surroundings. Had everygthing we needed. This is a great location for a beach holiday. We are a couple, but this house has 3 good sized bedrooms, great for a family or group of friends. Thanks Margo. 😊

Great stay in Aldinga. Pip’s place was a perfect spot to unwind with friends. Beautiful deck and contained backyard. Comfortable and welcoming. Would recommend.

Iluka is a beautiful space, the house is clean, modern and comfortable, while the large backyard is perfect for a wine while you watch the sunset (especially in the hammock!) Location wise, Iluka is perfect, with a VERY short walk to the beach front, shops, restaurants, etc. We were extremely appreciative of Damian's proactive and punctual communuication throughout our stay. Thanks again for having us!

I have stayed in a lot of holiday accommodation and if there was a book demonstrating how an outstanding AirBnB is presented then this would be in it. Firstly the property. The place was perfect for my two teenagers and I but would be equally as good, if not better, for 6 people. There is so much space here, the photos do not do it justice. Everything is new including the BBQ & iron. Long corridor, beautiful bathrooms and well appointed bedrooms, it's just an oasis in a beach town. Chris has meticulously thought of everything. Ample coffee pods, lovely linen, SodaStream and a collection of goodies and breakfast items to get guests started. I cannot say enough great things about this AirBnb. Christies Beach is beautiful and make sure you get down there for the sunset. Noarlunga is literally a 5 mins drive away and has everything in terms of shops. Adelaide CBD a lazy 30 mins or so driving or around 45 on the train, Glenelg 25 mins. Would I stay there again? You bet your life!

Location is fantastic. Beach across the road, shops a block away, train to the city only 2 mins by car. Home is user friendly, clean & as described / shown in pics. Was perfect for our family of 2 adults & 3 teens. Kitchen has everything you need, 2 bathrooms & a lovely outdoor seating area.

Poppy's place was a simple small home on a nice bush lot and was super quiet. It was a 1 min walk to the beach and great path to the cafe and swim spot. 2 couples stayed there and were really comfortable. Poppy was proactive with her communication and really flexible when our travel plans got a bit complicated. Overall a great place, and good value for money.

Chanelle was such a great host! Her property is GORGEOUS and so close to the beach. The interior was so picturesque, it was like a home magazine. Would recommend her place to stay any time you’re visiting Adelaide!
