Sonia’s place made us feel right at home! She was flexible with check in and was sure to provide us with detailed instructions and directions to reach the location. Sonia provided many local recommendations from attractions to restaurants and she was so knowledgeable which was very helpful. She was always available and helpful for random questions that we had throughout our stay. Sonia knows the bus system very well and assisted us with this as well which was amazing! The place was cozy and unique and she helped with the heat when it had gotten colder than expected! A great stay for our short trip!

Natascha was incredibly friendly and easy to contact. The apartment is just like the photos, and right by the train so it was easy to get around. The bed may be small for some, but my best friend and I were able to sleep on it together just fine. Had a great stay!

Beautiful view, very warm, very comfortable. The location is fantastic, close to everything, but surprisingly peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

Alessia's apartment is perfect! The proximity to the center, the sea and the services makes it ideal for a stay in Viareggio. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are also comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with every accessory…. I would definitely go back.

Had a great stay at Chiara's apartment, local to some really nice restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. Apartment was clean and as described, would definitely stay again, Chiara was very welcoming and was at the apartment waiting when we checked in, always helpful and responsive when messaged. Very well equipped apartment. It was very clean. Just at the border of Ztl zone. So park your car at Fortezza carpark. Leo was very helpful

Via Vigna Nuova 17 exceeded our expectations as all of the areas in the survey. We could not have been happier with the apartments. Having washing machines was perfect for our needs. We easily walked to everything we wanted to do in Florence, to include several great restaurants. Gaia & Pietro's instructions (to include pictures) were extremely helpful. Our time in Florence was so memorable and a lot of that had to do with the wonderful accommodations.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

This is a wonderful place to stay. We appreciated the history, architecture, and beautiful artwork in this home. This is really a gem. The house was perfect for our family of four. We had lots of room to relax after a day of exploring. The artwork is amazing as is the history of the house. We liked browsing through the extensive selection of books. The garden was very pretty. The location is convenient. We were able to walk to the museums and stroll the beautiful streets. The coffee shop a few steps away was great for breakfast and coffee breaks. Stefano and his father were excellent host and we would love to stay here again.

Our stay in Florence was incredible thanks to Max’s hospitality. The property was very secure, walkable to all of Florence’s beautiful surroundings. Near a park, which was perfect for my children. He included great local recommendations, offered to arrange car services, and even included some wonderful family history with our checkin. The space is gorgeous and convenient. Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Host was really friendly and helpful. Their welcome pack gave good recommendation for food spots. The local cafe and restaurant (brunch republic) just across the road which was great. Would definitely return when we come back to Florence
