Anastasia is a fantastic host—very responsive and always willing to help. The Airbnb is situated in a beautiful, quiet residential area, yet just a few blocks from restaurants and shops—an ideal location. The entrance is tucked a step or two off the main street and leads into a charming, well-kept porch area—perfect for relaxing on nice days. The apartment, located on the second floor, is thoughtfully laid out with a separate living room and kitchen/dining area, offering plenty of space to spread out and unwind. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated and are well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. All in all, it was the perfect home base for our daily adventures exploring Italy. We’d definitely stay here again!

Thank you for the lovely stay! The view is amazing, we saw the best sunset from across the villa. The villa was easy to find and the restaurant nearby is an absolute must-try, the pasta and steak are delicious. Flavia was very helpful and friendly, she even helped us find a place for dinner and offered great suggestions, thank you!

Really lovely house, with everything we could need. Convenient location to go to the ovovia. Everything is taken care of and clean, perfect for spending quiet days in the mountains. Very kind owner and super available for all our requests and questions. If we get a chance, we'll definitely come back.

The hosts were very kind and welcoming. 7 Panorama was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need or want.We especially appreciated the breakfast supplies and the bottle of Tuscan wine. We stayed with Gianna for five days. Gianna was immediately kind and welcoming. The house is surrounded by greenery, surrounded by olive trees and has a simply wonderful view of Pistoia and Prato. In a few minutes you can reach Pistoia and in about an hour, Lucca, Pisa, Vinci and Siena. The home is stocked with everything you might need as directed by the host. Highly recommended to enjoy a stay in nature and to visit the beautiful Tuscan towns. Finally, let's not forget the high-quality oil produced by Gianna. Hi Gianna, see you soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amelia’s house in Vellano. The house is very comfortable and easy to live in, and it has fantastic views into the village and the surrounding hills. Amelia is a welcoming host and very easy to communicate with. We also appreciated having Stuart on the ground as someone who is always willing to help and to point out things to do. We hope to make it back some time in the future.

I enjoyed the accommodation with friends during Lucca Comics. Easy to reach, quiet area, beautiful and functional accommodation, super helpful host, more than acceptable distance from the fair (about 15 minutes by car). Highly recommended.

It was a majestic location, fenced in for our dog to roam free. A little sheep farm right on the other side giving the panorama of the mountains much more authenticity. The inside was also incredibly clean and cosy, felt like visiting relatives deep in the countryside. The place had all required appliances and the host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, an amazing stay!

We were in the villa with 6 adults and one toddler. The location is quiet and in the beautiful hilly landscape of Tuscany (you need a car). The villa is very high-quality and nicely decorated, you feel comfortable very quickly. One of the three bedrooms is slightly smaller and does not have a real wardrobe, but the other two rooms are spacious and with plenty of storage options. The outdoor area is also very spacious. We used the pool little because it was still a bit too cold, but it really invites the whole area to relax!! All in all we had a wonderful vacation, can fully recommend the villa and would like to come back!

Your hospitality was warm and genuine, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
