Newly refurbished mother-in-law one bedroom studio. The unit is below our living room/kitchen, so footsteps can be heard. Not ideal those sensitive to sound! Also, the ceilings are low so not ideal for those over 6'3". Our family with two kids (3&7) use the shared outdoor spaces (yard, hot tub and fire pit). So if you want to use these spaces you must be comfortable with kids and/or us! Great location and views!
