Quiet apartment in old town house on the triple foot

The spacious apartment has approx. 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house close to the famous Passau Triple River Corner directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet, only the living room has a window to a schoolyard in which students occasionally noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, so enough laundry, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Nice and comfy apartment with own entrance

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Equipment, the pretty balcony, the almost immediate location at the inn and the complete equipment (spices and other kitchen utensils, also shower gel etc) You can leave the car on the parking lot and on the walking and cycling path in 10 min. walk to the city center.
